Unhelpful and satisfactory experience. Will not return to this Next or any other for the foreseeable future

Visted it in 16 july 2017 - some staff members in the children section were very rude and impolite.

I purchased an item this week - shop assistants are too busy chatting to pay attention. Someone s iPhone was going off at one stage behind the till!
On returning home they ve left the security tag on my clothing. Meaning I now have to spend money to get back into Leeds city centre to have it removed.
Very disappointing.

Love this shop but after how one of your staff spoke to me and my partner today I won t be returning.

Terrible slow service. They haven't heard of a lunchtime rush. Very slow staff

Received brilliant service and informed me about next day delivery in store, I gladly took upon the offer. Really friendly staff and happy to come back again.

Always full of nice household decorative pieces . Lovely clothes from babies to adults .

Great experience I've had the staff was very helpful

We just had a pretty farcical experience with Next. My wife ordered a pair of jeans that wasn t available in store, once purchased the delivery estimate was 6 weeks away. Ok. We went on holiday and the day before we went we get an email saying the jeans are available for pickup, a whole 3 weeks earlier than the estimate. Ok. We don t live in Leeds and can t go get them until we get back so we call the store and ask if we can just pick them up when we get back, they say of course no problem! Ok! Later that same day we get an email saying our return has been processed . Wait, what? That s not what we wanted, there was no discussion of returns, I wanted my jeans! So we call the customer services who can t get through to the store. We try calling the store too and finally get through on the third try. Pro tip: they do pick up in the womenswear department. They say our order isn t on file. Ok. I still want my jeans though. Lady starts explaining their process. But lady, I don t need to know your process, I wanted my jeans! She put me on hold to get someone. The line goes dead. As do my impressions of Next. It s fine, I ll take the refund and go shop at another store instead.

Once again Next has produced a great stylish product range, The men's winter range is spot on. The home furnishings are great quality and to suit every home. Store was clean and bright, a real joy to shop here.
