FIRST PROBLEM: They did not call and leave any me...
FIRST PROBLEM: They did not call and leave any messages regarding the scheduled delivery date. As a result we needed to contact LOWES to find out what was going on.LOWES contacted NEXTSTONE and apparently they NEXTSTONE EMPLOYEE was VERY RUDE TO THE LOWES MANAGER.
SECOND: The delivery person was VERY RUDE!
THIRD: Due to the above, the PROJECT DELAYED, had workers on site ready to work AND NOTHING FOR THEM TO DO.
FOURTH: They sent the WRONG COLOR OF STONE!
FIFTH: NEXTSTONE did not send the entire order. Missing all the corner pieces!!!!!! INSTALLERS COULD NOT DO THE JOB, ONCE AGAIN, DUE TO NEXTSTONE'S INEFFICIENT order processing.
SIXTH: We called NEXTSTONE directly, advised them they did not send the correct color and the corner pieces were not delivered. ONCE AGAIN, VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE, MORE OR LESS ACCUSED US OF LYING ABOUT WHAT WAS RECEIVED.
SEVENTH: Again spoke with manager at Lowes regarding the above. He tried to remediate, but advised us, he too was TREATED POORLY!
EIGHTH: NEXTSTONE NEVER OFFERED AN APOLOGY, DID NOT "OWN UP" TO THEIR MISTAKES, NOR DID THEY OFFER ANY TYPE COMPENSATION.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! THE COMPANY SEEMS TO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, AT ALL!!!
LOWES WAS VERY HELPFUL AS A REMEDIATOR, BUT THEY TOO WERE MET RUDENESS.
