Zero stars if I could. NexGen Comfort Services was sent by our warranty provider to fix the AC in Quitman. They skipped basic diagnostics despite us discussing the specific issues and just swapped out the motor before leaving. It cooled briefly, but the real problems started when I inspected the outdoor unit. They call themselves a reputable company, but I doubt any respectable HVAC contractor ignores your phone calls all day or ghosts you via email after finishing a job.

I’d usually skip writing reviews, but John C. really earned mine after he stepped in to fix my AC where another firm had left it unfinished. He was straightforward and trustworthy, which is refreshing. The job was done efficiently and professionally. I’ve added NexGen Comfort Services to my permanent list for any future heating and cooling needs in Quitman.
