I ve never had such **Terrible Communication** from a company! Like other reviews have said I haven t heard from my loan processor or anyone for that matter in over a month despite the numerous emails and voice messages. I started a refinance in April and still haven t closed in September. My loan just suddenly was inactive and no one called me, no email, nothing in the mail!!! I finally got a processor on the phone not on my team who escalated my concerns and I STILL didn t hear back from anyone. Please don t waste your time! Now that it s 6 months later and I m looking for a new company I ve missed an opportunity for lower rates. And I want my money back for the appraisal!

I have been a customer now for 8 months. Three months ago, noticed that I had not received my statements in the mail. I went online to check and saw that my mailing address had been changed to a po box that I am not familiar with. I contacted the customer service dept 4 times and was told that the problem was corrected. The following month, it was the same thing. So I called and demanded to speak with an manager, at that time I was told that I could not speak with a manager. However, I called back the same day and spoke with a lady whom stated that she was leadership and that she cannot mail another statement but she can assure that the address was changed, so she emailed me the September statement that showed she was able to change the address. Now I check today and see that the statement was once again mailed to this PO Box. This is a violation of privacy. My statement has my full name, physical address, and details of my loan information. This change of address was not authorized by myself nor the other party listed on the loan. I was not contacted by phone nor letter to advise of any changes to my account. This is unprofessional and unacceptable for me. This cannot be looked at as acceptable. I was told that a complaint was put it with customer care and someone will be in contact with me. It has been a month and I have not been contacted by anyone, nor has my issue been resolved!!!! i have included photos of the email contact and

Never do any business with this company my experience was terrible they dragged the process on for three months I gave them everything they asks for in a timely manner customer service was ridiculous my loan officer and processor where incompetent to say the least I received several pre approval notices signed all documents even closing documents and a closing date and at the last minute they deny my loan because an open dispute on my credit report they could not even get the basic review of my credit report right this should have never happen look at this article Pre-approval letters with outstanding credit disputes are null and void. Issuing pre-approval letters with outstanding credit disputes will backfire on the homebuyers, home sellers, and loan officers. Loan Officers need to thoroughly review the borrower s credit report and look for outstanding credit disputes prior to issuing a pre-approval letter. Mortgage processors should always check and double-check borrower s credit reports to make sure there are no non-medical non-exempt credit disputes prior to submitting the borrowers mortgage file to underwriting. Mortgage underwriters will automatically suspend a file with outstanding credit disputes. Suspended files are what cause delays in the mortgage process and can delay the clear to close and home closing.

So now I am out of 500 for appraisal cost my credit was diminished and all of my efforts to stabilize my financial future crushed at this time due to incompetence of this company the sad part was that I am already a customer and thought the process would be simple they act like they don t even care this is how you treat you own customer they should be ashamed

My home insurance company sent me overdue notices for their fee payment, which comes from my escrow account in my Newrez mortgage. The agent was able to confirm that the payment had been made weeks ago and provided the ACH and Booking numbers. I provided that information to my insurer, and they were eventually able to confirm payment was received.

This is the best company for you... If you want to work with an incompetent staff... If you hate for your mortgage consultant and loan processor to communicate with you... They WILL NOT call you. They WILL NOT return your call. They will not reply to ANY emails. They WILL CLAIM an escalated message has been sent but not follow through. They will request all sorts of documents with no follow up. If you want to gain patience.... This is the company for you. Wasted 65 days of processing and checking off the list for loan to go inactive.... Wait for it...... And guess what?!!! I kindly received no explanation. If you want to waste your time... Energy... And effort. Pick Newrez!!!! If you want to work with A REAL COMPANY TO ASSIST WITH YOUR REFINANCE CALL NATION LENDING. Wish I did 70 days ago. You're welcome! worth ZERO STARS
