The diagnostic centre doesn't allow the patient or the attendee with footware through out , literally they'll make you leave your footware on the road and make you work in the dirt . And the scan would take 3-4 hours and they'll make you sit outside at the gate in the crouching heat for hours . They charge thousands and have no respect for their clients and very arrogant . The request the doctors to not refer them at all please
such worst response from the front office. they lady who is attending the calls which is given in the website is such a worst. they are just loss for centre. please place sombody who can handle the coustomers properly.
diagnostic centre is well maintained. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Covid precautions are taken well. Overall a good experience
Visited on 27th Jan 2021. Scan doctors are friendly and good (5 star to them) however house keeping & front desk staff behavior is too bad & not acceptable. They are treating people like prisoners. Management has to really concentrate staff behavior. I will never visit again if prescribed tests are available in alternative diagnostic centers and also i will complaint this to my referred doctor.
Its 200% waste Diagnostic Centre.. they will collect money and make you to wait minimum 4hrs.. they say initially 30min.. that 30min will lead to minimum 4hrs... if u have minimum 8hr time and lots of patience do visit or els its waste Diagnostics...
Quality diagnostic system in bengalore , all staff are very helpful.. report despatch within 1 hrs. Expensive bt reliable.
The actual tests took few minutes. For a scan, after injection, we were supposed to wait for half an hour. The wait-time turned out to be 1 hour after injection (1 hour before injection too for some reason) and the report said 20 minutes of wait time after injection. The staff and radiologists were professional and kind (Well, what else can they say except "wait for few minutes") and the tests per se were efficiently done. Just make sure you go right after a decent meal, since the wait time is easily 3+ hours for one scan and nobody will tell you why.
Worst communication...there is zero synergy amongst the receptionists who change shifts and zero customer obsession. Too many incorrect communication and flip flops making it difficult to go through the entire procedure and collecting the reports requires transparency that wasn't provided...crazy people at front office reception...
Medic and radiology department also gave incorrect information - first they said only one scan and then they will communicate in case of another. No communication received...no transparency and then they rushed me to get food for second scan without empty stomach..it would be easier of everyone working in this diagnostic center learns that communication is the key to success. One more flaw is their phones after evening keep forwarding and are left unattented. This had been most annoying experience ever...
Worst experience. They are not allow footwear inside all over the property and they don't allow you to sit at reception. Strange things happen with the diagnostic. You have to be pay for a separate N95 mask in reception and they charge with covid protection charges. Simply all test charges very high to compare other diagnostic. Highly don't recommend to anyone.
I went on Tuesday December.. there was no long que.. my experience was good. parking facility is there for both two wheeler and four wheeler. Neat and clean place. Staffs are very good.
