I recently had the opportunity to interact with the fire department in Newmarket, and I must say, my overall experience was average. The company website provided basic information and contact details, which were helpful. However, I found it lacking in terms of providing more detailed information about their services and community engagement. The response time to my query was decent, but the customer service experience could have been improved. The staff seemed knowledgeable and professional, but I did not feel a strong sense of warmth or empathy during our conversation. While my issue was resolved adequately, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer satisfaction.
