Without any job offer they will do your Level 1 and Level 2 Security Clearance saying there is no Interview direct placement. They are very poor with follow ups and responses. They are playing with the emotions of the Job Seekers. Beware with this recruiting agency

Initial reach out was promising, however it seems they're generally unprofessional. Failed to call at time agreed upon, did not reply to voicemail, asked for details already on LinkedIn and in the voicemail, and again failed to read replies sent 7 hours before agreed calling time. If the agency cannot handle calling at an agreed time/ scheduling a time to call, I find it hard to believe they can maintain a contract let alone manage their contractors. 1/5 for now.

Lynn Gawryluki and Katie Kilroy. My review on this company will be to the point. After paying $50 to have a police finger print done I was never contacted back with the results. After following up multiple times for three months I decided to write a less than stellar review and call out there names. I wish I could give half or zero stars. Dan Julien is the expert in his industry but is constantly looking for ways to grow and share knowledge with others. He has been extremely helpful in my career guidance through mentorship, resume building, and sharing connections. He is able to make insightful recommendations on how to further your career both short and long term and years later I still return to him and Newfound for advice.

My experience with them, as a whole, was a weird one. After the initial contacts which were quite fine, they decided I am suitable material for a small (but interesting) not-for-profit organization. The contact person, before the interview, hand me over to somebody else as she was not in. That new recruiter started giving me advice about how to dress, to be 15 min in advance etc. I tried to point out that my +20 yr of experience for major companies did not call for this kind of detail. She insisted in patronizing me (I am sure she did not realize). I had an interview downtown and, although I was not sure, it seems it ran fine since they called me for a second interview. This one left me with a positive feeling - but apparently the feeling was not mutual since I had not follow-up. Not only from the employer but from the recruiter as well. I waited more than a week and I wrote asking for feedback. None was given. When I started a new job I wrote to the initial recruiter telling her - in polite terms, of course - that, given the time&effort (just the interviews were 2h, traveling downtown, pay parking etc.) I dedicated to this project it was less than professional to completely sever any communication. I understand that they are just the middle-person and are not making the decisions and a simple, 5-line feedback would have been enough. That is why I rate this experience with only 2 stars.

I m taking a moment to talk about my experience with NewFound recruiting. Being a computer technician for over 10 years now, I have dealt with many agents and agencies in the past. As for this agent, Ashley Thompson, was to my opinion one of the most efficient and professional agent I ve ever dealt with. At first I was kind of lost because I was in a job that I love but my contract was not being renewed because the management decided to outsource IT services. So I contacted the Newfound Recruiting agency and got to meet with Ashley. Immediately upon contact with her I felt welcomed and most importantly, I didn t feel like I was a number. I was down morally and she brought me back up with her positivism and making me realize that there good jobs out there and that she will do everything possible to make it happen! She did, soon I was called up for an opportunity for a Federal Government job in I.T. She was on top of it , she reviewed my resume suggested a few changes that to my eyes made the grades! She also guided me for the interview and answered all my questions, and there were many, in a concise and in a very targeted way for the interview. Ashley is a great agent, she not only sells you the idea, she actually cares for the future wellbeing of her customers. Thanks to her I m looking to get an indeterminate position in a very near future. Ashley, Thank you for your help and your dedication in making this possible, you re the best!
