Used to own a large moving company in NYC and sold it in early 2018 to much large competitor. Boy was I glad to do that. I hated running a moving company in NYC. But what I hate more are truck rental companies that charge you for damages from 2017 on a credit card they had on file. Obviously an oversight on their end and when it comes to light they say, hey let's see if the card on file still works. If it does maybe we will keep our jobs. Well you got lucky until now. This is called fraud and it is illegal. If I didn't have that card on file still for two years now you guys would be SOL and someone would have gotten into trouble for not charging us for those damages back when they happened. I have since moved to Oklahoma to settle down and relax after living in NYC for 12 years. Really thought I was done with all of that stress until I go to pay my credit card bill this morning and see these 3 charges. I already hated edge from their incompetent staff to their GROSS OVERPRICED rental rates. Criminals. Idiots.

Their prices are attractive but they are liars: they told us about the policy and some rules which were not true at all and we had to pay an extra day for nothing. After trying to resolve the situation with them the service has simply ignored us by email and calls. I really don't recommend this rental.

It s a smooth process when getting your car, however upon returning they hit you with HUNDREDS of dollars worth of extra hidden charges. Don t get fooled by their cheap rates and avoid at all costs.

Awesome company, they'll treat you so good it'll make you want to get a job there !

Edge is an amazing place to rent from. They are always so helpful and nice on the phone no matter what time you call. The vehicles are always in great shape. You can call them for anything from a reliable truck for your equipment to a luxury car to drive a director around in.

Edge Auto tailors itself toward the production industry. They offer 24 hour service and understand that their lot, is your first stop. Vehicles are great and updated every year and if there s ever an issue Edge will go out of their way to fix it. Highly recommend the Mercedes sprinters, I drove one of theirs to DC and back and it was a dream.

Edge Auto Rental is very professional with great customer service.
Their vehicles are clean and new and their pricing is competitive.
They're great for SUVs for Directors, cube trucks, 15 passenger and mini vans.
I wouldn't use any other vehicle vendor for film production.

So glad Edge moved to Brooklyn! So much more convenient.

Vehicles are always clean, in great shape, available on time, and staff is knowledgable and courteous. Have used them for numerous jobs, and would recommend them to anyone who needs 15-passenger vans or trucks. A+
