David Pitts is terrible he will go behind your back and hire someone without telling you and then fire you he is very unpleasant!!!
Doesn't pay well. Management was nice and fun but pay was not
Horrible I work at Michelin and they do a terrible job. It has turned into how many family members can I get working for me. Instead of just doing the job the way it should be done. They have one girl out there that all she can do is run her mouth. I would not recommend unless you want to waste your money

I worked at new bold for a little over a month in Washington Township but the hole time that was working there I was vertically and emotionally abused by the assistant manager
I was very excited to start this job so soon giving I really needed a job especially with 4 kids and bills etc, although the communication between the manager and I was misleading, for example, I was told i would be paid $9 an hr and get to the interview it s $8.50 an hr which is fine but a few days later after my interview I was hired and given a start date I didn t have work boots and she said I needed them for orientation so my grandma wired me the money via wu, my grandma sent me the wrong reference number so I called the lady and said I wouldn t have the boots we needed she told me to have them by Friday me and my mother heard her say this on her phone and so we were both under the assumption she wanted me to start Friday and not Thursday, I get a call the next morning on Thursday saying that I was supposed to show up and guess I wasn t interested in the job anymore which wasn t the case there was just a misunderstanding with the prior conversation. So she basically hung up on me before I could get the bottom of the situation if I knew I could of came to orientation without boots i would of changed real quick and headed straight over she was trying act like I m running from a job and I ve had a stable work history so yeah I d definitely stay far away from this company I reported her to the hr department for her being unprofessional and have yet to receive a call back so I guess I m glad I didn t state working for this company makes me wanna just finish my last month of school bc I m better than $8.50 an hr
