Worst Service . No one pick up the call tried many times said only one thing " all our advisors are busy wait on the line". How much busy everytime they are?? Everytime waited for 15 mins and cut the call by myself.
Scavenging money off of teachers, they "surveyed " teachers then published the results .... many of whom said no increase then a day later came out with a massive increase ...annually... but still a huge increase from $220.80 per 3 years to $157 annually!!
I would rate a zero if possible. Very slow to response to questions and do not address your concerns. Zero trust that this organisation has the best intersts of teachers at heart.
