Did 3 days of jury duty selection I didn t get picked because I was biased. Said I can tell if someone is lying by body language. They don t pick up phones, security is everywhere. A good place to go to sue I guess.

Went to get my passport and paid expedite fee. The customer service was great and was advised I was going to get my passport in 2-3 weeks however I received it in 5 days! Woah now that s great customer service! Quick and easy! Now I ll be able to catch my flight on time and enjoy my vacation. Thank you guys

This is just my experience. I guess it varies from people to people. Staff are friendly and very helpful. None of them gave me attitude (that's a first, specially from a government worker, including security). They told me all the documents I need, they're very patient since I forget a lot, etc. This is where I got married and where I did small claims for my sister's bank since she passed. The place could be more clean and presentable. Bathrooms look very old as if you're walking in a horror movie

Handicap accessible, court officers very helpful, lines move fast.

Attractive urban courthouse a short walk from Yankee Stadium. I enjoyed the diversity of the neighborhood, felt very safe, and enjoyed the very nice Art Deco accents.

I agree with majority of the comments that customer service needs to improve because of some people's attitudes are rude and unfriendly. Most people I say "Good Morning" to just look at me like "What do you want". I suggest whatever you need to do at the courthouse make sure you call and prepare ahead of time even research what documents you need to have. If not they would gladly send you home because you don't have ALL your documents and that's a hassle if you live far. I had ALL my documents and was able to do what I needed to do the same day, despite getting confused on where to go at one point to get my form notarized but got it together. Anyway the building is close to the train station and not hard to find with a nice park across the street good for walking through in the warmer months.

Quick and easy to get the documents I needed. Everyone was helpful. Just remember there is a metal detector so do not carry alot extra stuff to be checked.
