Client Advisory Group meets every tues at 5pm on fourth floor

The WHOLE COALITION FOR THE HOMELESS TEAM IS AWESOME. Without them I wouldn't have my service dog with me and wouldn't have been moved to a better shelter. Because of them, my Service dog is with me and doing her job.

They've been helping me with getting my identification and possibly housing great agency to help the homeless!

They lie to you, give you false hope, and then just kick you out. Not allowed to be angry how stupid is that

Great help with navigating NYCs shelter/housing system. But only if you do what they say. They are not part of the NYC government, but do know the programs and can guide you in getting the assistance you need...If you do what they say. If you don't want to listen, don't waste your time of theirs. They provide a great service to people of NYC that really need help.

Total scam, beware and Do not Donate. They run the inspection of NYC Shelterd (Callahan Inspection) yet they do nothing when they are told of major Violations. They have veered way far from the mandate that created them from the Callahan Law Suit.

Compassionate service! In order to get legal help - it's important to arrive early. Office opens at 9 AM. It's a good idea to arrive around 8 AM.
