Bought a discount voucher of 185 at ING. I just can't enter it on the website (which also gives a 185 discount on a made-up and too high price). I try to call them about this all day long but every time I get the message that nobody can record .. via super de luxe travel he doesn't even find my discount code .. Poor company so far and I don't know if I want to book. .
Stayed in fine hotels several times with LHC packages. Now wanted to book something again, but now suddenly have to pay in advance, where it used to be at the hotel itself if you had actually stayed there. The reason given for this (compliance with new legislation) is rubbish. LHC is not an ANVR member or anything, so this is certainly not what I want at this time.
On the site it is possible to postpone payment and to "pay at a time that suits you", but after booking you appear to have to pay within 3 days. Sent an email about this, but to date (3 days later - I do receive reminders to pay) no response. A pity, because I was always very satisfied.
Although the starting price was often inflated, the final deal was usually fine for what was offered.
Made a booking through this company for Hotel Het Kasteel in Coevorden. What is not written on the Luxury site is that the hotel is not in the castle, but in a converted warehouse. A hundred meters away. No objection in the summer, but all the more in the winter. And the bottle of bubbles is not a bottle, but a small bottle. The food at Coevorden Castle is shocking. Great for a fattening pig, but everything is said with that. It turned out the lock could not be locked upon arrival and it took two days for it to be in order. The taps on the bath gave piping hot water. If you at least turned on the cold water tap. And vice-versa.
Cleaning the room, the bath and the toilet was downright bad. The bed was not made. The breakfast was ok. Never again book anything through Luxury Hotel Company. That will be clear.
Very difficult, if not impossible to communicate directly, neither by e-mail (a reply is promised within 5 days but you can forget it) nor by telephone (answer from computer and after entering the numbers, the promise to return, again, within 5 days. call (without result).
The booking was ultimately okay, but next time again at our regular booking site.
Last year booked a hotel for the first time through Luxury Hotel Company in Bad hotel in Rokanje. Was a super weekend ..... were cycling with so delicious bike. A delicious breakfast buffet.
This year again booked a hotel at Luxury Hotel Company and now in Appeltern. So are we going to experience how it is there? But already looking forward to it. And with the AH outings stamps fixed tickets booked for the Gardens of the Appeltern.
In December we want to go to Berlin to experience the Christmas markets and now I had already booked for the end of November but then there are no Christmas markets yet, starting after the first advent (I had no idea) but just an email to Luxury Hotel Company I was kindly emailed back that they cancel it went for me and I could make a new reservation ..... Top unfiltered.

Too lavish with discounts and everywhere they give you a unique code. They really only need your data that can be earned. I don't even start it. Sinterklaas is not real.

Nieuwe boeking gemaakt en deze wel door laten gaan. Het hotel was vrijwel leeg, wat in principe alleen voordelen heeft. Het arrangement was iets aangepast.
So-called 185 euro discount, but that discount only works on far too high, fictitious prices. Your ultimate real discount is many times lower. In short: scams in a nice jacket.
Nice offer so reserved, received confirmation ... called the hotel the day before to report an allergy for dinner. Hotel had received nothing at all. Also had no rooms available, hotel was terminating LuxuryHotelCompany. Because of the many complaints they receive about LuxuryHotelCompany. The word scammers much even! Hotel but we too cannot reach LuxuryHotelCompany by phone.
Do NOT book, do not fall for it!
We had a stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Amsterdam Hotel. Everything was neat and spacious. The food delicious and the staff friendly. Reason enough to recommend this hotel to others. Small point of criticism is not for the hotel but for Luxuryhotelcompany. The photo used of a dining area on the water is not in the hotel, but of a bar / restaurant which is a kilometer away. Papas Beachhouse. They work together but I didn't think this was a neat presentation of the hotel.
Initially 1 star because they canceled our trip without questions. But they got it right again hence 3 stars
My first experience with Luxury hotel Company but immediately hit the mark. We were a little worried that we were going to be given a disposal as a room, but that was certainly not the case, quite the contrary. We were welcomed and served as hospitably and kindly as those who apparently had booked directly with the hotel and therefore had paid the full price. First experience room certainly not be our last.
Had 2 great days. Everything was over and over.
Only downside was the view in connection with the renovations that were going on around the hotel.
Fijne hotel arrangementen op een overzichtelijke website met voldoende om uit te kiezen zonder dat je het hele internet af hoeft te speuren. Goede prijs kwaliteit ook! We zijn inmiddels 3x met ze weg geweest en dit was zeker niet de laatste keer :-)
Note: you do not save 185 euros. When you compare the prices you find out that you have a discount, but it is certainly not 185.
Ik durf het niet te reviewen, mooi, luxe voorhuis, maar oef, nee, hete eten en alles perfect, maar nee, meer durf ik niet te zeggen, zo eng gevaarlijk...

Goede service en uitstekende faciliteiten met het zwembad en de sauna. Ook genoten van de prachtige omgeving.
Genoten van het fantastische LuxuryHotelCompany arrangement van Hotel Des Indes in Den Haag. Prachtig hotel en schitterend centraal gelegen. We hebben heerlijk gedineerd en als Amsterdamse genoten van Den Haag. Zo leuk om intiem in een andere stad te verblijven.
Extremely unsympathetic company. You receive a so-called 185 euro discount via a Solvendus voucher discount promotion. In March I accepted an offer. It has to be said that everything included in the purchased package was also effortlessly provided at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Too bad they email you afterwards asking to write a review promising a reward in the form of a voucher for a day of wellness for 2 people. More than a month later I still have not received. It is also a pity that you cannot set a frequency for the mailing list. You sometimes receive offers 3x per day. This is too much of a good thing for me and I have therefore unsubscribed.
LuxuryHotelCompany sent us to an average hotel inside an elderly home (!) and sold this as a luxury package in a 4* hotel. It's no coincidence they throw around discounts like it's nothing: it is actually nothing. The package deals they offer are mostly for a similar price, if not less, if you do your research and book yourself. It's a commercial scam, that tricks you through discount code upon discount code upon discount code with lots of spam, all the time. Customer service has replied to my complaint by forwarding it to the hotel, completely disregarding their role in misleading advertising, and offer us.... another discount coupon... Please!
Luxury Hotel Company arranged our stay very well. Thanks to Luxury Hotel Company we went on a mini vacation that was arranged within 2 weeks, ideal! I did not expect that it could be arranged so comfortably and quickly to want to leave in the 'corona' time that we all live in. The name does not lie, luxury is to be expected, from both the service and the destination. Next time I have no doubts, Luxury Hotel Company is my new favorite place-to-be, or rather, place-to-go!
Booked a stay at Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg through LuxuryHotelCompany. Booking went smoothly and all necessary documents were received immediately. The stay was, as we were used to, fantastic again through LuxuryHotelCompany. Nice extensive package in a luxury hotel for an affordable price, we will definitely book something again soon!
I went to Landgoed de Holtweijde in Losser in December via LuxuryHotelCompany. I had a fantastic stay, the service was extremely good and that with a big discount. Highly recommended!

I found it very strange that the prices were only displayed on the website after entering my credit code. So I thought let's do a comparison. Same date, same room and roughly the same conditions (breakfast etc). As it turns out, that 385 euros is nowhere to be found. Including my 185 euro discount, I end up slightly cheaper than the usual costs. That is also the reason that it is just not 1 star. Do not be tempted by the high discount that you "get". First look a little further before using your code.
Code does not work, I think the only intention is to get your e-mail address!

Company cost me 205. I had canceled my order by telephone, but no jerk was made. The only thing they can do well is spam email with lied discounts.
