Friendly and very helpful people that do an awesome job with flowers.

I reside in Texas and wanted flowers delivered to my sister in Dubuque. I gave them a budget and told them my sister was having a rough day and to put something nice together for her. They absolutely did! A beautiful arrangement on budget! They delivered within the time they said they would!

Very disappointed in New Whites Florist! Placed an out of state order on 8/5/20 and paid $83+ for a succulent that was delivered with black bugs on it (which looked nothing like the plant and vase pictured on the website).The recipient (my elderly Mother) was too embarrassed to inform me (her daughter). She placed the plant outside on her deck because she didn't want bugs inside her home. I was subsequently informed by another family member and contacted Whites. I spoke with the manager who ultimately refused to replace the plant or to give me the owner's contact information. She advised that they need to be notified in the first week to do anything about it. I could have ordered from any number of florists but wanted to order locally. I won't be ordering from New Whites Florist again.

I ordered Valentine s Day flowers 2 weeks early on their website. I never received an email confirmation nor did they charge my credit. However, my ordered was accepted, and I received an order number. So I called them to check on my order. They told me that they left a message that same day to let me know they cancelled my order, because they do do not deliver to that area. I never received a call or voicemail from them. They said If I needed a delivery outside the area, I have to call. Nowhere on their website says that. And it says they deliver nationwide. Horrible experience. I should have went with my gut after reading the other 1star reviews.

Very nice selection. The flowers for my dad's funeral were beautiful.

I ordered a very expensive vase full of flowers to Luther Manor for my grandmother. They were never received there according to the staff.

Disappointing.

I had a very special unique request for an upcoming funeral dinner. I needed two live orchid leis delivered within two days for a Hawaiin dance at our funeral dinner. I ordered on a Monday morning and I picked up at the shop by 1:00 that Wednesday. They were so beautiful and the staff/owner did everything they could to ensure we had them. It was during my lei pickup I found out they had actually also did the other funeral flowers which were also beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Ordered a $61 bouquet of flowers and it looks awful. Manager refuses to give me any sort of discount or refund. I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend ordering flowers from this florist.

I recieved flowers from New White Florist. There was no card I could find. So I didn't know who they were from. Found out my son and daughter in law sent them. She ordered balloons -there were none,the vase was wrong. I called the next morning. They werent answering there phones. Finally got through. The person I talked to was rude. I was told they were out of that vase so they changed it to plain one and they forgot the balloons. She said my dil needed to check a box other wise they could change the vase, so I went on their web site today there was NO box. The card telling me who it was from was on a tri fold piece of paper. I never opened the whole paper and it was printed very small.
I will never use them for any of my floral needs that is for sure.

Linda was great to work with! She was able to take all of my ideas and make them a reality. Our wedding flowers were just beautiful. She was honest and realistic about price and worked within our budget. She even went the extra mile by helping out with a flower emergency the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend!
