How nice is it to go to a store that has such a large selection, and yet no clutter. Found what I came for quickly & was out shortly, even with a wait. Wonderful crew for a wonderful shop.

Cool concept, execution is terrible. Visited this dispensary around lunch time on Tuesday. I placed my order online hoping it would be quick, easy pick up. Upon arriving, I noticed there were at least 15 cars waiting for pickup. It s been an hour since I ve placed my order, and I haven t received the package. Do not waste your time if your time is limited, they have no respect for it. Order at LIV dispensary instead.

First time here and in the state of Michigan. I can not recommend this place enough. The staff were super super friendly, I only wish I could remember the name of the dude who helped me! Thank you! So knowledgeable and eager to answer any question. The selection was great, the store itself had a high end feel and I am super happy with my purchase!

This was my first visit to a dispensary. Everyone was friendly, the vibe was welcoming and Covid measures to keep everyone safe Angie was our shopper attendant. She was friendly, patient and super knowledgeable. I forgot that this is a cash only business but don't fret there is an ATM located inside. They also offer senior citizen discounts. Will be back!

Very clean and professional. They don't allow to many people in at a time. They educate you on everything there. Explain and help. Customer service was definitely on point!! They are extremely pricey but I think thats just how it goes.... if you have a medical card its cheaper and you have way more options to choose from.

Nice spot. Would give 5 stars, but most of their good products they hold for medicinal sales only, for some reason.

I love this place! When you walk in, they are very professional and organized, I m very OCD so coming to this place makes me feel comfortable. The staff is very nice they greet you right a way and will make conversation and help you Out the best way possible to get the service you need. Blair is very nice she gives great customer service as well as the rest of the staff. Highly recommended for medical and recreational use they have the best products. As well as gears and accessories I have a New Standard mask, lighter, weed jar, and few other things that I love from them. Great experience in products and customer service! Thank you to the staff of New Standard.

This is still my go to place for flower. They usually have the best variety and best quality out of most of the recreational places around me. I've given them three stars because I made an order for curbside pickup and sat in the parking lot for an hour after being told it was ready, and using their system to tell them I was there. I watched plenty of cars come and go before I finally eeked my way into a first row parking spot and was seen about 20 minutes later. DO NOT park in the back of the lot. You won't be seen.

EDIT: New Standard has since implemeted a system to ensure that all cars in the lot are seen in a timely manner.

Everyone I have dealt with has been absolutely amazing. They are very knowledgeable and provide quick service. Tried another place close by and the service was not like New Standard at all! So keep up the good work!

Super convenient to just pull up and get curbside pickup for free. Also free delivery. Good website and the employees are really nice! Even gave a treat to my pup.

NS is literally the friendliest service around. As somebody who isn't big on smoking though, I was a little disappointed to see the increase in price across all edibles. I still pop in once in a while, but all edibles are $5 (or more,) cheaper across the street.

I'm not a fan of shaming businesses for having to deal with operating costs, so I guess I'll have to wait and see if this is just how the market is trending.

Honestly I'm high half the time when I come here never been inside and their weed is pricey

Amazing service. They were friendly, quick, and the products work GREAT. I got some thc medicated ointment to help with back pain and it's working miracles.

Pretty good customer service and great selections but its kinda pricey for same products I can find elsewhere for the right price and no percentage off to new customers which was also disappointing. It was a pretty good experience though and they put me on new products to look into so Id still give it a try If you havnt checked this place out

They don't take credit cards or let you smell the buds. Its federally legal for marijuana establishments to accept credit cards as of last year but they said the compliance officer won't allow it. Competitors let the customer do all the things listed above. They only had 9 different bud/flower varieties for recreational. If they're selling an edible product with say 100mg and the thing you're buying has 90mg you have to pay full price. Its up to the store to demand a discount from the supplier. My advice is call ahead with questions about those things. Maybe they'll loosen up in the future. Good central location for metro Detroit area.

Amazing! It taste great and had an excellent head high!

I usually go to Ann Arbor dispensary but since i was visiting Detroit, i decided to go to this dispensary. They let one person out and one in so i waited a long time outside (about 30 minutes) and No need to mention the cold weather in Michigan. The prices are high, cheapest indica strains were 20$+ a gram. They don t allow you to smell the bud and that was a big dislike. I m giving two stars one for their different collections and the other is for the friendly staff.

I really wish there was a zero star option. I went to pick up an order my boyfriend, who is an essential worker, made while he was at work. I got the confirmation text and headed over. When I got there, the order wasn't in their system. I tried call my boyfriend to get the order, but he couldn't answer his phone because he was working. I waited hoping the order would somehow go through or he would answer my text, but I felt pressured to leave because they were getting busy. No attempt was made to rectify the situation. I lost an hour of my day for nothing.

First time was great staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Lots of selections with both medical and rec stores. Great deals all the time.

They try to charge extra for recreational marijuana!? It cost the same for them but they want to charge us extra it's a scam I have plenty of places you can go where they don't charge extra for recreational or medical it's all the same hit me up

I love this establishment. The product is never disappointing and tge staff is very very knowledgeable. If your looking for service with a smile (even with a mask on) this is the place for you. The rewards program is amazing as well. Ladies and gentlemen this is the best rec dispensary in macomb County.

My friend and I went there tonight and it s so nice there. Like, literally the apple store of dispensaries. Our rep, Liv, was super knowledgeable, recommended some great edibles for my friend as well as some really awesome flower for myself. Definitely recommend heading over great bud

Nova went above and beyond with an issue I had today. He took what I thought was a big issue and resolved it calmly and quickly. Thank you New Standard. The weed here is pretty average, though with their prices you d expect it to be amazing. Sadly they have some of the most meh weed in the state, and every last gram of it is grossly overpriced. They try to get around this by acting like they re some higher standard, but they re the furthest thing from it. They buy the same weed as every other dispensary, with a few notable exceptions that they re lacking, and typically with some sort of up charge. Their staff are friendly enough, but you ll be hard pressed to find a dispensary who s staff aren t so that s not really a plus, just more mediocrity.

The only thing setting new standard apart is their insulting prices, which sadly some of you are happy to pay. Save yourself the money, buy from anywhere else.
