Steve was an amazing waiter! He recommended the NY strip and my husband LOVED it! I got the filet and order the sauce that they put on the NY strip and it was amazing. The bottle of wine that was recommended went great with our options and the service was OUTSTANDING! Thank you Steve!
We had brunch here the morning we arrived, and dinner on our last night in town. They remembered our names, service was quick, but not rushed, and my steak was cooked perfectly medium-rare. I love the location, and creaky old floors. We biked here and they even have a hitch to chain them up nearby.
We had an amazing experience. We didn t have a reservation but they fit us in with a smile. Our waitress was awesome. They are very accommodating! I asked for gluten free crackers and they went to the store to get me some!!! I was blown away. Food was amazing! We had the charcuterie board and mussels and both were incredible. Drinks were so good! I had the flatliner martini (basically dessert) and a perfect mule. Go here! You won t be disappointed.

We came here for our 5 year anniversary dinner when we were in town and we were defiantly not disappointed! Brian was there to wine and dine us and wine and dine us he did! We shared a Caesar salad to start, I had the filet mignon and my boyfriend had the New York Strip and we finished our dinner with some Acai sorbet. Thanks Brian for making our dinner memorable and being a great time!

Best place in Telluride for steak, classic Colorado meats (read: bison), fresh seafood (flown in twice weekly), and desserts...oh the desserts. Do NOT miss the bread pudding. (Local tip: Get the mussels, unreal bang for your buck and the sauce is so good you could drink it...I mean soak extra bread in it...)
Robert makes the best bloody mary's and flatliners!! Go see him at the bar! and their food is always amazing, especially the cheesecake!
Chop House always delivers a fantastic steak, lobster tail was also excellent. Not impressed with the lukewarm mashed potatoes but not insulted either. Service was attentive but the server never smiled, I guess that's fine. Not quite all I've come to expect from the Chop House but we did come without a reservation and ate in the Parlor, we'll remember to make a reservation next time.

What more can I say. My now-husband and I worked with Cathie to plan our Wedding reception dinner at The Chop House. It was perfection. Working with Cathie was delightful- her enthusiasm for the restaurant she represented and our nuptials made the process even more fun! We were able to select the items for our own menu (from the a la carte menu). Everything tasted delicious, service timing was fabulous and the team was more than attentive. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. We cannot wait to return! Also, worth mentioning the gazpacho IS as good as the internet boasts it to be!
