New Orleans Council on Aging: Empowering Seniors to Live with Dignity and Independence
The New Orleans Council on Aging (NOCOA) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the elderly population of New Orleans since 1973. The Advisory Council was established and serves in accordance with Section 1321.93 Pg. 21156, Vol. 45, No. 63 Monday May 31, 1980 of the federal Register with duties outlined in Section 1321.97, Vol. 45, No.63.
