Bad customer service. They don't even bother to try yo help you find what you need. They just show you what's in the walls and that's it. Bad place to do business.

This place is perfect for contractors, and people looking for economical buys. They have ceramic, porcelain, granite, mosaics, bullnose, and more for almost all lines. The warehouse is full, so you can actually buy most products that day. I had a great experience...and got my project done for the same $$$$ I would have spent at Home Depot.

Every time we wanted something they had to order it and they never called to let me know it was there i had to be calling or driving down there we probably went about 10 times pr more and the only reason we kept going back was bcuz we bought the tile there so we were trying to match all the stuff for our bathroom remodel but they were never helpful amd never had the stuff we needed just an ugly experience not professional at all its like they didnt care

I had been to numerous stores searching for the perfect flooring and back splash.. I came across New Impressions who had a beautiful selection and decent prices. What really sold me was the Service by Carlos. He was extremely helpful, took the time to show several styles of flooring and knew his products very well!! His positive attitude and expertise exceeded my expectations! As I finish my home remodel, I was in need of backsplash to complete my kitchen. I found the perfect style at Home Depot and was ready to purchase but thought I would contact New Impressions to see what they would offer. I spoke to man on the phone who was not so helpful and seemed to be pre-occupied with other things other than helping me on the phone. I almost ended the call and continued with my Home Depot purchase, until I remembered Carlos ,who helped me with my floor. He welcomed me back for a price quote and I purchased that day! Great service is hard to find and Carlos is truly a Gem for this company!!

Percfect place to get the tile. I was ready and knew what I wanted, so, that made it easier.

The selection here is overwhelming. The prices are competitive and the service is excellent. This place blows Home Depot and Lowe's out of the water. Do keep in mind, though the store and the contractors work close together, each are separate. If you have a problem with the installation, you need to take it up with the contractor - not the store. Do be sure your contractor is in fact licenced with the state and you have their business card or information in your hot little mitt before they do the work for you. That has been my experience :)

Disappointed I bought tile I ask what kind of tile is was he told me ceramics espanola when they arrived at the house the boxes are from China I call them to complain they said too bad no exchange or devolution,so if you want to buy from this place ask them to show you the box before you depend your money

I can't even begin to describe how rude they are at this establishment. They're in rush to help you, as you walk in. They didn't try to give me a deal since we were buying so much. I still gave it chance and bought from them regardless of their attitude. When we go get our tile, we have to wait for the guy to load our tile. What was he doing? He was drinking a soda walking back and forth. I didn't say anything to him, we waited patiently. It wasn't worthing it buying there. Don't buy here, they don't care for customers.
