Worked for these lovely wheelchair bound people for 5 1/2 years.

I love what this place stands for and the people in it

I lived at NHV for 8 years and had the time of my life, it's a great place. If you like your independence and your stuck between a rock and hard place (home living or nursing home) you can't go wrong living here. Don't know how it works there now but when I lived there I always had great PCA's that never left me out in the cold. I always loved the fact that downtown was only 2 miles away. It's a great town. And if you take one look at the pictures here the grounds of NHV are beautiful. I could never understand why they just don't have more places like this in Connecticut and also over the country, it's just a shame.

Great place easy to get to take my guys weekly to get weighed on their nice big scale.
