These service was very bad . It took 20 minutes for the waitress to even come over to take a drink order . 20 minutes after that she still had not taken our order. Got there at 6:45 . At 7:30 she came to take order . We got the check paid it and left . She didn't care just took the money. I don't know how you can be a professional server and not acknowledge a table for a full 20 minutes and only get drinks after 40 minutes .
Very bad . Save your money and buy the same hamburger for half the price at the concession stand !

Sister hasn't really been any baseball because of the covid, basically have a lot of meetings and a little entertainment groups that sort of thing and we do the food service there. Overall it's a nice stadium it's obviously not Fenway Park but it's still it's very nice so it's a great place for family parties that sort of thing since there's no baseball currently they're doing meetings things like that overall it's nice it's a it's a decent Park what I call a really nice nice family park. They've got a huge electronic sign which can double as a 80-foot television set. So there's quite a few things that they can do there.

Loved everything about the baseball game and food, only thing is that free parking is very limited. Even $ 20 parking was filled so you had to park quite far, but supposedly had shuttle service available.

An amazing park. Had a great time watching the Fisher Cats. You can get great seats at an affordable price. It's a fun time and great for family and friends to enjoy those long lazy summer nights.

The games are usually good. We were really disappointed in the food service though. Cold hot dogs, stale popcorn, even the canned nacho sauce had almost no flavor at all. It was literally just yellow goup. About the only thing that was decent was the bagged peanuts. I'm not expecting gourmet food at a ball game, but this was terrible. If it can't be done right bring in outside vendors that care about the quality of their food. That Give Guys sign is a tease!

Such a fun experience. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into planning their events out.
They gave out snow globes as a Christmas in July gift. At our seats, my son dropped his and got some minor cuts from the glass. He was crying and staff immediately came over, bandaged him up, gave him and ice pack, and picked up the broken glass. They were very friendly and professional. Thank you for the amazing time.
We will be sure to be back!!

Great place to see a baseball game! The atmosphere here is always upbeat and they make the games fun for families. The seats are comfortable and the restrooms are conveniently located. The food is overpriced but typical of a venue like this. They offer many themed games during the season with kids activities and fireworks. We always have a good time watching a fisher cats game here. The stadium is easy to access and parking is within a reasonable walking distance.

Going to the Fisher Cats game begins with a stop in the Sam Adams Grill, located with a view of the field from left field. Enjoy good food, a Sam or two, and watch the teams warm up. We make our way to our seats and enjoy the game, the contests, the spirit of the crowd. Buy 4 tickets online and use the promo code Free Food, and guess what? You get free food: hot dog, chips or French fries, drink.

It's decent but the food has certainly gone down hill but the prices have gone up. My mom had a handicapped placard and they sent her to a shuttle rather than giving her and open space nearby so we dropped her and then walked and came back. Not impressed this last time.

This place is a nightmare to get into and out of!! Park up on Elm St and walk down you will be much better off. I drove all the way in and parked where the VIP entrance was and it took over an hour to get out of there.

The Fishercats are a great way to spend an evening with family. The baseball is fun, the park is warm and inviting, and the beer and food selection is wide and not as pricey as the major league parks.

What I love about this park is that the tickets aren't expensive, the food is actually good, there is great atmosphere, and The Fisher Cats mange to always pull of an entertaining game. Great place to go if you are a big base ball fan but you don't want to spend too much. It's also very family friendly so it is great fun for the whole family.

A great place for the family! We went to the CHAD baseball game, a great night of family, friends, baseball and fireworks. Easy to find, good parking options and very friendly staff.

What a great place to catch a baseball game! We enjoyed a nice Sunday afternoon watching Double A action while enjoying some reasonably priced concessions. Every seat is close to the field and kids can easily interact with the players between the action. We also found parking right across the street from the stadium for $10. The staff is friendly and courteous and the facility itself is clean and well-maintained. We definitely plan to make a return trip, if not this season then next year for sure.

It feels very unauthentic but the bleachers and seats are nice. Very shiny and unsettling. Also a lot of homeless people outside. Food is good, and prices aren't bad when compared to other stadiums.

Parking was horrible, waited almost an hour in traffic to be turned around because it was full. They should have had more signs and people redirecting immediately. We missed the meet n great w Nitro Circus. The facility, food , and show was great though

I think the concessions need some help...I waited 20 minutes in a line that didn't move, it appeared that food was being made to order as each person in front of me would order then stand waiting for 10 minutes before getting their food. I eventually gave up because there were still 10 people in front of me and I didn't feel like missing the whole game trying to get a pretzel. Otherwise it is a great experience and the games are fun! The concessions just need to be streamlined for faster service.
