Best experience I've ever had cooking! Learning from pros in the field; not only of the culinary arts, but job preparation, networking and life skills.
It's said that life is what you make of it. Learning to come out of your shell. To have the courage to try new experiences and dare to look at things differently. In the end you'll rise to the top. Called Success!
Thank you NECAT for everything.

Just becuz I don't speak like them they treat me differently
The chef treats the young student better than the old student like myself. They've there favorite & that's not fair .everyone should be treated equally .I have take stock & notice on how they treat me for example when I ask question they don't spend enough time to meet my needs. They make me feel stupid when i am not
When the young students ask question they pay attention and spend lots of time wirh them ..but it's ok that's not goin to make me quit I am only there for 4 weeks it wil be all over soon
Vic & John & 1 of the chef there I really like only 1 chef out of 4 that only answer all my questions and listen to me & never brush me out like the other 3chef dose to me. I know who that chef is .
Tony & Derek really care about student well being..they both make all students welcome & always giving positive advice ..especially Derek he stands at the door after line up & shake hands with each & every student little things like that make all of us feel welcome.
This is what I experience in necat.
As long as God loves me that's all I care about..
