I've been to New Earth for several events hosted by Boom Foundry. The venue has a very nice eccentric vibe. Most of the downtown Athens locations are bar oriented and attract the same crowds. New Earth brings a more eclectic group with its broad range of events that cover many different genres of music and forms of entertainment. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. :)
New Earth is an awesome music venue with a great atmosphere. I've been to several shows there and I've never been disappointed. It's open to all kinds of different genres and the drinks are great. The employees are awesome. New Earth often has after parties for the Georgia Theater; it's located conveniently right down the road. It's also environmentally friendly. I highly recommend you check it out, you won't be sorry!
i cant really say i've ever had a bad experience at New Earth Music Hall. the staff is excellent and always willing to answer questions, the venue has a very clean/ easy on the eyes set up, its not too bright but not too dark to the point you're walking with your arms out. out of all the venues in the downtown athens area new earth is my favorite. you walk in and you get treated like family and that is exactly what we need in this community.
It's the place to go in Athens for good EDM. Tons of free shows on week nights.
Probably the most versatile music venue in Athens. From world class talent to local bands, New Earth brings in a plethora of acts in every type of genre. The also play host to forms of entertainment that you can't find anywhere else in Athens, such as stand up comedy, salsa dancing, poetry, and so much more. New Earth is a cultural melting pot and a rich entertainment expirience for the Athens community.
This is such a cool venue! I can't say I've ever had a bad experience. It's definitely one of those venues that I would continue to return to. It sounds great and the staff is incredibly nice as well. Can't wait to go back!!!

I've been attending shows at New Earth for the past 4 years, and I've always had an absolute blast! They've done a great job bringing in upcoming artists and local bands. The intimate setting adds to the overall energetic atmosphere, so I assure you that you won't regret going to one of their shows. I've seen bands play there with 30 something people and a year or two later see the same bands play sold out shows around the country - obviously New Earth knows what's up! Looking forward to more to come
New Earth is the future of music venues. Not only do they have an awesome setup and unique show, but they promote sustainability. If more venues were like New Earth, more venues would be as awesome.
Great concert hall!!!! Love this place has a diverse music scene! Seen Quantic, Panty Raid, Rjd2, Atmosphere, and many others. They never fail to be a blast and the environment is awesome. The drink prices aren't bad either considering that it is a concert venue. Gonna go after STS9 for the after party too should be a blast!
