1- at no time NO ONE called me to guide what budget I had, therefore lie in your response.
2- I have been asked for information and has contributed, which is still lying in your response.
3- I have a budget of what I want for 1300, so I do not see that it is so complicated to get a budget with my requirement.
In summary, they worry more about looking good in the reviews than in giving attention to the client. Of course the experience with you luckily has not gone to more then seeing that your way of responding is with falsehoods, I appreciate the little or no interest in offering me a budget for the requested service.
