I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Perhaps the worst clinic I've ever visited. Apparently if you want a COVID test and (even if you've recently been around people with COVID) -they will show you the door and will refuse to test you if you do not show any symptoms; even if you're registered with this clinic and signed up to take the test beforehand. Is it any wonder that the COVID rates have been high in the Carson City area recently? It's because of clinics like this where potential asymptotic carriers get ignored thanks to ridiculous red tape bureaucracy rules that this place puts first before the patient. I will never do any more business with this place EVER again, period.

I wish I could give this 0 stars! They say they welcome walk ins but that's bullshit advertising only! I went there on 9/5/15 at 2pm for a walk in that was a Saturday and they closed at 3pm I was immediately told sorry there's only one provider and a few other people ahead of you come back Tuesday since they were going to be closed for Labor day that Monday. I came Tuesday 9/8/15 at around 2pm and was told that the way walk ins work is when someone cancels their appointment than they take care of you so I said okay understood and I filled out a form. I waited and 1 1/2 hrs to be told by the receptionist that unfortunately 2 of their doctors were going home early and that there was no canceled appointments but that they could set me up with an appointment for November 3rd, hahahaha no thanks I'm in need of a doctor right away not November!

I love the staff here genuinely compassionate and caring, extremely clean AAA and the Doctors are really nice as well.

Sadly this place is the only one in Carson that takes Mediaid and they know it. It's why they can keep people like Dr. Warner on staff even though she should have had her credentials revoked ages ago. Was given someone else's test results and then found out testing done by Warner was for things that had nothing to do with my wife's symptoms or problems. This lady is a danger and the staff knows it.

I had Tatianna as my doctor and she was horrible! She was rude the whole time and didn t answer any of my questions. If you go here, make sure not to go to Tatianna unless you want an unpleasant experience.

My daughter, my husband and myself have been here. We have seen 3 different Dr's and all of us really like this vacility. Its clean. They are all friendly. They dont throw pills at you, they actually wanna help. I am super happy we found this office.

If you have complicated health issue , go to a real doctor. My mom is diabetic type 2 and Tatiana Warner changed her medication last 6 months and my mom didn't feel well her blood sugar didn't came down and she didn't change them for her. Finally I have changed my mom's doctor to a physician and she was surprised with the new medication for my mom because they were very old medication that no one prescribe for diabetic patients.
This could be so dangerous for my mom. I don't recommend this place at all

Terrible experience at this place. They don't care about you, and are not very helpful. I will be looking for a better doctor somewhere else.

When my husband and I first started coming here it was great but the past year My husband and I have had the worst experience since they keep changing their nurse practitioners. They have no record of me going in to the dr and getting a certain medication from the nurse practitioner and I've been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks even after calling multiple times and still no call on a prescription the dr never sent to the pharmacy when she said she did before I even left from my visit and then another nurse practitioner Tatiana has been refusing to fill my husbands medication he needs and giving him the run around for the past 2 months. It's been no fun and I want a real doctor!
