My psychiatrist works here and I love her to death she listens and is very respectful.

I ve never done a Clinical trail prior to meeting the staff and participating at this facility for 30 plus days. All of the staff, from the doctors, psychologist, coordinators and receptionist were always respectful and kind. All research and data was monitored honestly with your health being of priority. All aspects of the trial, through my experience, was done professionally from coordinating of transportation, to detailed instructions, and reminders with help of technology that is actually user friendly. I would recommend going in for a study if you qualify, can follow simply directions and maintain a flexible schedule. All members of the staff will take care of you regardless.

This would be interesting however, they drug test for marijuana. I did not smoke any for months. Living in California, its legal. If you're at a store, you may smell it, if you're sun bathing on beach, you may smell it. If you're at a restaurant patio having lunch, people are vaping at next table and you WONT smell it. But you WILL test dirty.
This is unacceptable to test people for marijuana. This was a huge waste of my time and effort put into this.
Change the policy please.
But my advice is not to bother unless you reside in a cave where other humans dont dwell. There is no way to test clean for marijuana in Ca if you are in contact with others or eat out.

I have to say NRC is a good place . I have only done 1 study with them. If I could suggest 1 thing is that y'all get more schizophrenia studies W/O a BMI. Other than that you guys Rock. - Tim L

I spoke with Karen earlier last week to inquire about the services offered at NRC, she was very professional and knowledgeable on the studies and was able to answer all my questions, as well as address my concerns.

I had a wonderful experience with NRC Research. It was my first clinical trial, so I was a little nervous, but their staff were all so welcoming and professional. I actually felt like they were friends by the end of the 11 weeks! I would definitely participate in another clinical trial and have recommended friends and family to apply.
