Great location great people awesome service wonderful business

We are a small business with a small LAN. Network Elites has been our managed IT support for almost two years. We've been impressed over and over again with their professionalism, promptness and knowledge. We've had some server issues recently and NE team was on it and found the solve. Highly recommend.

1. I paid for a data migration ($1000.00+), which they never did.

2. I took the time to gather all the onboarding information (i.e. account numbers, passwords, contact info), yet every time I call in, they want me to go get it again.

3. The owner told me recently in an email that I could not do a data migration because there would be serious performance issues with my server. He was a part of the original meeting where I told everyone that this was the main reason for getting the server (so I could put all my data on it and have it backed up). I have been paying $350/month to host an web application is less than 25 GB. The server has 250 GB in the hard drive, and just the data at my office is less than 125 GB.

4. Their servers went down, despite having redundant power.

5. I scheduled a ticket 2 weeks in advance to have them help me switch my internet over to the new internet company. When I called in to let them know the installation was almost complete, and we needed someone to come over, the owner told his employees they were not allowed to come onsite. I was frantic because I would lose my internet if no one came over. No one seemed to care, and they are a mile away from my office.

When I originally set up this ticket, everyone I talked to said it would be no problem to come over. The owner, who is unreachable during this critical time, left a message saying "this is so far out from what we do." My sales person was also "unavailable."

6. The owner closed one of my tickets without resolving the issue (slow computer).

I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

These guys are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, helped me migrate data servers and storage to cloud. great service. Best of all, they provided prompt, polite service.

This company is the best of the best! Not only do they price you reasonably as opposed to other companies that really overprice everything, but they get their work done efficiently and well. I can t recommend another IT company that offers as many GREAT services as it does (tech consulting, computer security etc.).

Network Elite's has provided an invaluable managed service to our IT department since on-boarding them 6 months ago. The team is professional, knowledgeable, highly responsive and a pleasure to work with. Ayman goes out of his way to ensure an excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.

We switched over to Network Elites in early 2018 after the 5th consecutive price increase from the provider we had been using. I shopped 5 different MSPs and eventually decided to go with Network Elites based on their competitive pricing along with the services offered. I must admit, I was cautiously optimistic at best. In retrospect, I must admit that any doubts I may have initially had were completely unfounded. Ayman and the Network Elites staff has continually been available and have gone well above what they were even contracted to do, in regards to support. I know that we re not their only client, but they sure make us feel like we are. I would highly recommend Network Elites to any company in need of a MSP.
