Netwitz Internet Services Reviews

I used Frontier from 2009 to 2014 and paid way to much. I switched to Netwitz about 4 months ago and love it. Twice the speed for less money. Very reliable.

The service is shoddy at best. The customer service is worse.
Save your money and use a potato, it'll probably be a stronger connection. I can't stay connected on any device within my household. They consistently tell me to bypass my router and only be able to use one device at a time. And the best part, that doesn't even help with the problem. Seriously guys, don't bother.

I live in the country and wifi was pretty sketchy until I switched to Netwitz. Now wifi is consistently good and their customer service is excellent.

I play for the University of Illinois Esports Team for Illini Esports. I have to practice daily In online games in order to keep up with other players. The internet we get from Netwitz consistently goes out for 40 minutes at a time, and when it s not out, I m not even getting 1Mbs download. My ping in online games is a constant 150-250ms when it should be 30-40, making my tournament games unplayable. This next Collegiate Esports season is coming up when the Fall Semester starts, but I m not sure if I will have a reliable internet connection to represent Illini Esports in collegiate games. I sincerely hope this gets fixed by late August. It s very frustrating.
