Not the best Parisian fnac, small and little choice
Disappointed by the disguised sales processes of insurance products on the pretext that we are reimbursed 30 euros for the purchase of a contract ...
Expensive .... Paris is very expensive. I came from Spain and I found this Fnac much more expensive than those in Spain. At least 20% more
To avoid unless it is Sunday night and you need a gift "boat" (CD, few books, some high-tech gadgets, ...) for a birthday: little choice, crowded (so endless queue in cash) and not recommended for claustrophobic because in basement and low ceiling.
The "store" is there to say that the brand can afford to have a store on the Champs Elysee ... and make known to foreigners?
Salesman not professional, does not wish to inform the customers, prefer to speak between them !!! When I am with the saleswoman at the computer department to know how to install an application on a computer that I just bought it is sent to the customer service not very short pro
FNAC an essential shop for culture. Very large, very clean. Friendly and professional staff. A varied choice, books, CDs, game consoles, computers, photos, concert tickets, televisions and telephones etc ... difficult of all listed. Since the FNAC remains the reference store.
Super store, variety, comfort, excellent service. very good prices. Negative, they gave me a voucher for Tax refound that was not accepted at the airport.
Small for a major fnac store, but they had what I needed while on holiday: power strip, hdmi cable and cable ties
This is the French version of Virgin Megastore. Its nice!
Great attention ... The employees are very nice ....
Possibly the best place in France it s literally littered with shops and plaes to eat. It s very expensive and crowded but otherwise it s a must see for France.
The wait for the after sales service took me 1h is a pity
The space in the basement is very well laid out and the choice remains wide on all the shelves. Good deals regularly as in all fnacs .... and open on Sundays. A dedicated space for mobile telephony at the entrance to the gallery, therefore independent of the rest .... well thought out
The only way you could please get the only way you are doing good in my head around the only one that you have received received yourself took meeting
Excellent location, a lot of choice even if we find Fnac much more complete in terms of choice but the essential and new things are there.
Just a store...
nothing special. but if you need anything tech related you will probably find it here
Here, we are never disappointed ..... very professional sellers
Avoid the tartare, the plate of rostbeef salad is perfect and the pastries absolutely delicious the staff can not do enough. Even invaded by tourists, the place remains very Parisian.
No ! There are almost no products available and no fnac salesperson to assist you if these are not busy chatting to each other. Prefer by far the Fnac des Ternes or the limit of La Defense
Well ventilated, nice, not badly arranged and very nice staff, good atmosphere!
Open on Sundays. Less choice than other stores in Paris.
Large electronics store, service as always is lacking but good selection.
We intended to buy a headset, a first seller came unfortunately for forced us, working reluctantly, after showing our dissatisfaction, we had another seller much more pleasant and made our purchase. Too bad to have
staff who depreciates at this point the sign.
A rather nice and airy Fnac store.
The essentials are there
A place for the unforgettable photo and I recommend climbing up the arch the view is very nice
You queue to buy something at the front of the store and then queue again at the back of the store to pick up your video game/blu Ray at the back of the store. It took forever to just buy a game.
This is a small Fnac, with the disadvantage of having all the departments (CD, bookstore & manga, computer, TV) very limited e 'choice.
Unlike other Fnac, people there speaks good English and more friendly. However, the place is super crowded by the time I visited and I couldn't get the thing that I came to buy.
There are quite a few different things. But there is no bathroom, when I visited this fnac I wanted to use the bathroom but it did not, so I had to leave the store without finishing my shopping to go to a bathroom.
Cultural properties and for technology lovers. Well arranged and pleasant shop
Store configuration not optimal but good distribution of shelves and products very positive books offer reception poorly placed at the back of the store queue at checkouts correct fairly wide choice of promotional offers department of novelties poorly placed to review
