I am an employee of Netsuite/Oracle NSGBU, so please take my review with that in mind, although I do not belong to the San Mateo office.
Always a great environment to work in, lots of conference rooms and great people to discuss and bounce ideas.
The office is spacious and the facilities are extremely clean with lots of perks for employees working there, from sodas, coffee, fruits and some free food, to a ping pong table, pool table and some other gaming related things.
The area around is quite nice and there is a small shopping park nearby where to get from a Subway sandwich to some proper food in the grocery store; there is even a Starbucks and if you feel like it, you can get your nails done as well, well, not on the Starbucks of course.
This company sends all of my employees multiple unsolicited emails trying to get us to buy their software. If this is the way your company does marketing, then maybe they are right for you. If your company has integrity and respects can-spam laws, then NetSuite is not a good partner for you.
This company definitely knows how to take care of it's employees even when they send them on-site.
