Although more than 50% of the online stores it collaborates with import products from China, Netopia does not accept as a new customer, you have stock from China, this is really funny or discriminatory I could even say, more than that's all their support makes you feel like at the ANAF counter. There is no clear tutorial on the steps to follow, the platform looks horrible, it seems to be detached from Windows 98. I clearly do not recommend !!!

Din pacate nu exista nici un call number/center sau adresa de mail pentru a seziza probleme urgente.
Exista doar sistemul de ticketing, unde am facut o solicitare si astept deja de peste 4 zile..... dupa cum ziceam, pentru urgente ce facem?

Support of 2 lei. You can't talk to anyone on the phone, you don't have that possibility. We have been sitting and talking on email for 3-4 days and we don't solve anything, when a simple call could solve the problem. I requested the integration in SmartBill for issuing invoices with the possibility of paying with the card through Netopia. Surprise! Netopia requires proof of ownership of a domain / site. The first time I made a contract with them, they didn't ask for that. It seems that the new policy is .... we only collaborate if you have a presentation / sale site. Sad! You are probably full of customers and you don't need them anymore.
