This is a great A grade office building with multi-level parking for its occupants. Much effort was put into meeting international standards of making buildings environmentally friendly. The architecture makes a bold statement of modernism in all its forms, from the beautifully curved dark blue glass facade to the delicately finished led lighting. It is a great place for working and having a nice view of Victoria Island from your open office plan or from your glass-walled single office space( boss perks ).
