Good place to pick up at. They monitor channel 5 on CB or you can call them on telephone located on unmanned gaurd building. Safety vest and steel toe shoes required. Please do not empty your urine bottles or number 2 bags on property. Also try to have clean appearance

Ok place. They did give me a door assignment well before my appointment time

They should keep the set up they have getting drivers in and out was very effective.

This plant loaded me quickly and the people were very pleasant. Was in and out within the hour and was able to get back to the road quickly. Also is positioned close to a large travel center.

Waters great! Job was fair! Management was full of egos! Which made working horrible! Their "lack of work" process DOES NOT work and kept me driving 30min daily to be sent back home! Carel B. Was THE worst manager I've EVER had! He thinks bc he was a cop in S. Africa that he is superior, but hes NOOOOT! HR allowed him to pick his favorites and whoever he dont like went to Line 7 for slave labor! I thought I'd make a career there and Mr. Brackenback let me know for months i wouldnt be! Very disappointing and hopefully things turn around there bc the water is great!

Waited about 45 min for a door. Once I got in a door took about 20 minutes to unload partial stop.

Very quick to load. People are very nice. They know what they are doing.

Driver review. Nice facility . My one issue . I drive a 2021 international and pull a 53 foot refer. Once in a door there is less than 50 foot from the guard rail to the nose of your truck. It took several pull ups and a helper to get this into a door. I had a truck next to me and a trailer on the other side. My advise to this company is to place trucks on every other door and have dropped trailers between. That would of made a world of difference. Thank God for my deer guard on the front. It was sheer dumb luck and alot of effort to get this in. If you drive one of those spread out Pete's may God be with you.

Best water on earth. Although shipping and receiving on occasion is not always on the ball

Taking too long to load and they tend to overload the truck too.

Yard not big, but the work efficiency is very good. They can load you within 15 mins.

Was loaded within 2 hours and 47,500 pounds. When got back from the scale, they decided to take everything off. Waste of day.

Never had problem even when late sometime take a little time to load

They take forever to load your trailer very rude shipping and receiving they sit around talking amongst themselves while you stand there waiting for them to decide when they're going to get to you

Nice to get loads from there, heavy load, check in and out was pretty quick. Take your load locks before backing.

Didn't adjust for the reefer unit, so take that into your planning. In and out time was reasonable considering. Directions line isn't quite accurate if you call vs following the GPS so pay attention. It's a bit difficult to miss that big sign...js. Pick up number is required so be prepared. Some backing skill required but it isn't a terribly difficult facility all in all.

A bit rough around the edges. Staff could be a little more friendly. Needs some cleaning around the yard.

Always a quick check in, drop trailer and hook to the new trailer.

Very hard to back into docks .Dock area needs to be widened almost got hit twice by other drivers who carelessly back into door next to me .

I am a trucker and I make delivery twice a week to this place

If you love the smell of fresh ground coffee, you will like this delivery. Docks are inside the building and coffee is all you smell. Must blind side back to the docks but worth the effort. Enjoy!

Tight spot for backing you'd think it be western express you have to worry about nope it's the Russian independent contractor that cause all the accidents.

Sorry, other posters. The Poland Spring Water sold under that name today has virtually nothing to do with the original water from the actual spring shown on the map, except for the name.
In my youth, 65 years ago or more, I drank the real stuff from the real spring, which is in the woods below the gold course - and formerly below the Poland Spring House also. I still have two "Moses bottles," which were decorative containers of the water. The hotel burned down in 1975.
I spent seven summers at Poland Spring as a child, when my father had the hotel orchestra there. My older brother and I would often walk down to the spring house to see the water gurgling out of the actual spring.

Great place, friendly employees, and most important they load fast!!!

I pulled a tank for these people and really enjoyed it. The facilities I went to were all very clean. The people and other drivers were friendly and professional. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed to be sure product integrity was maintained. I liked working with them.

Fat guy with glasses is rude mf in office he think he own this plant everyone else are good

Depending on how busy they are, loading could take from an hour to six hours. Nice people working there, but if the place is pack lay back and sleep.

This is my load from home time back to work good staff easy in and out of 90 percent of my loads from here are preloaded but if u pull this water scale out at circle k in auburn because this loads are very heavy
