Good afternoon, by this means I communicate to you since today I received a call which told me that it was from this company, with some prizes for consuming your products, today my husband and I were scammed by some people who are using the name of your company to defraud, if so, find those responsible, why you are a very recognized company and your name is being misused

I liked the attention given by the service personnel.

The products are of good quality
only that with the employee drivers, they are bad.

I really can't understand how a transnational company as large as the Swiss-based nestle allows a customer to call its headquarters in the Dominican Republic for 45 minutes to BUY or ask for information in order to BUY the brand's disposable products (glasses, sugar, removers) and nobody knew how to give me information and I do not understand how extension 3771 lasted 45 minutes without anyone at the workstation answering my call and the few who answered it did not know how to tell me anything really I consider the HR department to review the staff who answer calls and replace it with a more efficient one, as I will be thousands who are upset with the experience and go to the competition that awaits us with open arms because they already know the inefficient attention of nestle
