Wish i could give them no stars. That's how rude and non professional they are. And no one knows what the other person is doing. And they give 3 different times of when the load will be ready

Worst place ever for a pick up. Our appointment was at 2pm, Driver checked in at 1.45pm and got loaded at 4am next day. It has been 2 weeks since we delivered the load and we are still fighting for our detention. Plz , stay away from this place. MOST disrespectful shipper in CA.

Worst place ever for live load . Don t ever come here unless u have pick and drop trailer. Took me 10 to get loaded and they also refused to put time in and out on BOL as they say it s against there policy. Worst place

1st Load wasn't ready, 2 hours of wait time.
2nd My Trailer Cranking foot (Passenger side) was completely damaged, had to wait extra to have somebody come & fix it for me.
3rd They seem like they had no clue about it, when really...any yarddog could've easily noticed. They should've advised my company about this issue way sooner, instead of wasting my whole day -$. Smh

Good people my apt 12:30pm but he take early 9:15am he parking you park your truck and wait for door

Nice people, loading time depends on trucks, 3 hours minimum.

Gate speaker system semi problematic, limited space , tight parking/maneuvers, outhouse and snack machine, water fountain, moderately competent folks, nearly all lives are as off line, expect load times,,, parking locally commercial area,,,,

First time here to pickup a load and it s a great place the staff is friendly and helpful I arrived early before my appointment time and that wasn t a problem they got me in a dock and loaded the trailer quickly in and out in 2 hours I look forward to coming here again
