Nestaway is the most unresponsive and unsupportive company I have ever worked with. They have a very poor coordination team and a very poor customer services team. Once you are with Nestaway you will get frustrated to get the tasks complete in your own house. All from top to bottom are unresponsive. Whether Area Property Manager (APM), Zonal Manager (ZM), Regional Manager (RM),  Central Operations (CO) OR Support services.  In My case, Tenant moved out 15-Aug-2025 and my house was vacant till 30-Jan-2026. When I asked for repair work and house keys they completed only 15% of the work and mentioned house is ready. After checking my house, it was in a totally bad shape. Till now - 11-Feb-2026, I am still waiting for my house keys. Nestaway neither provided with a tenant now completed my house work. For 6 months they are doing nothing. 
It is so unprofessional from Nestaway that the owner has to chase their team to get the status of the house and to get the house keys back. 

If you ever want to give your property to a company Nestaway should never be an option.
