All the best sales associates have left... used to be 5-stars when Gisu and Yoda were in the Fine Jewelry department. What a shame...

Anthony in the men s department was rude, condescending and unhelpful. I m not sure where he was trained in customer service but he should not be a representative for a company that prides themselves on customer service! I will not return to this location as long as he s a sales associate there!!!

Some customer service reps are better than others. Prada reps are terrible at customer service. I had a terrible experience in my return request. My purchase was awesome, but somehow on my returns they just aren't happy.

Who actually buys this stuff? Prices are astronomical. Makes Macys look like Walmart.. Smh

Consultation and service of a boutique. I love love Francesca at the fragrance counter. Over the past 5 years I still receive personalized updates for events and new products.

Today I by far had one of the worse experiences. Not sure if it was racial. But you all tell me. I went to neiman to return a 300 dollar bottle of Creed cologne that I brought my boyfriend. When I purchased it they didn t have the one that I originally wanted to buy him which was Aventius. So I brought the silver mountain ... I got home. Boyfriend didn t really care for it. So we ordered Aventius online. 3 days later I come to return the silver mountain along with the samples. Francesca Camacho had the nerve to tell me that the cologne looks used and had finger prints on it. Mind you, I returned the samples as well. If I wanted to use the cologne I wouldn t have returned the samples. The cologne was still in the wrapping paper. I hadn t even touched the bottle since my boyfriend opened the gift and knew that wasn t what he wanted. I just didn t appreciate that she made a judgment and investigated the bottle as if I had a fake just tucked away at home. I hope you really love this job and they are paying you well Francesca to be the Creed Police. Sad that you really get a kick out of making people feel less than when making returns. Which is usually a seamless, straight to the point thing to do. Do your job. Purchases returns exchanges and recommendations. Not judge. I don t think that s apart of your job description.

Beautiful store! Variety of products! I came here to buy Frederic Malle Parfum. They carry most of his collection. They also have a wide variety of other parfums, colognes.

Deepest apologies for the unwarranted ramblings of Ms. Hufford. Mrs. Khalil is in fact a reputable saleswoman and an excellent employee. Her diligent work has advanced our organization, as has the work of our friends in Saudi Arabia and Israel. They have been keeping a close eye on Ms. Hufford ever since the incident in Saudi Arabia, being simply concerned for her well-being. It is simply not the place it was before they changed the menu. A shame really as it used to be a real gem.

My experience with Louis Vuitton is very disappointing. Will someone please let the salespersons know, that Tyson's Corner is a premier location. Underestimated a customer's ability to afford their product is not their job to determine, unless their method of payment is declined. Nevertheless, after thinking about my experience, scrutiny and my son witnessing a prime example of stereotyping; I returned my purchase solely because of how it made me feel as a consumer.

ATTN Louis Vuitton Neiman Marcus management, please train your staff on how to greet, speak and treat a potential consumer. Customer Relationships Management should be priority.

the NM cafe is one of my favorite places to have a meal in the area. 5 star food every time, great specials, and I especially like the bread they bring out at the beginning. I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Michael Rohlf gave us excellent Customer Service I couldn't find the Customer Service Department he walked me there personally and waited to show me the handbags. They didn't have the one I wanted however they were more than willing to order the one I did want. Thank you again.

I love this store. They have all the major brands; from Chanel, Gucci, Versace to Christian Louboutin, Tom Ford, Jimmy Choo and many more.The staff members are very attentive and always happy to greet you as well as assist. Their gift wrapping is A+++, especially since I'm always gifting practically EVERY month.

Did I mention they have amazing sales? Sign-up with their Neiman Marcus card and or become a member. There are usually great sales every week!

This review is for the Chanel boutique inside the Neiman Marcus- I like to visit this boutique for the service. Even though much smaller in size than the main boutique store in the same mall, they often have in stock more popular and rarer (harder to find) items like classic flap bags in various colors. I also appreciate that their sales people take time to notify me when items come back in stock.

Fantastic sales associates, this is the main reason why I come back every time. Shoes, contemporary and cosmetics are my favorites. But I do enjoy the hf section when I need to get all dolled up.

Neiman Marcus was like "Heaven on Earth" for a recent arrived Mexican student..There is where I got my FIRST Joan & David "unaffordable" $400.00 Black leather knee high boots .
That was 1992! And those Babies have gone through some hardship winters..In sum..I was & still until 2day (I went 2day to get a French Memo Eau du Parfum Fragrance"Ilha Do Mel" (Honey's Island in Portuguese) a subtle Jasmine & Honey Suckle's divine smell.
Neiman Marcus (NM) makes me feel spoiled by the extra attentive and cordial staff. Such as Leslie Jabbari @ The fragrances counter commands All the NM Angel's. I am in w d store & spacious parking place too.

Excellent customer service. Please visit Mila at the premier handbag section (2nd floor). Mila always goes above and beyond.

Great place to shop, exept how employees are all over you and trying to fight for who gets the comission. They discussed it infront of me while i was checking out, it was very rude and made me feel awkward. Wont be shopping in person anymore, I cannot stand the drama employees show while your shopping.

Horrific experience. Took in a defective bag (Chanel, I might add), they fixed it and it looks worse. Now they refuse to Let me exchange it despite messing up the bag. Store manager blamed it on me. Well thank you, now I am never going back to shop there as I get better customer service at the Chanel boutique.
