I have been trying since November to get my daughter's jacket ordered. I have spoken to everyone from local level representatives to customer service managers. I was promised by each individual they would "look into it" and get back to me. The manager assured me she would call me back the next day by noon; three business days later I still have not heard from her. I left two additional messages for her which got no response. I also left another message after being on hold for two hours, I'm thinking it too will fall on deaf ears. If you have another alternative to order a jacket utilize it. The customer service at this company will leave you high and dry.

Awful customer service. Called and emailed for three days with no response regarding an order placed the day before for March delivery. My son came home with another lettermen's patch the day after the order was placed and I wanted to send it to them overnight so they can sew it on during production. They said it was too late and they cannot add anything to the order. Really one day? Guess this is what you get when it's the only game in town. I will surely let our Athletic Department know!

Josten's representative went to James Bowie High School to take orders and funds from student on November 5, 2018. On November 26,2018 the charge of 245 and some change had not been charged to my account. I contacted the Neff Company they had no record of my daughters order or the other drill team orders. Mind you some of the parents/students paid cash. The representative Kyle Hall who had been out to school never returned my call. A person in his office relayed the message that he had turned in the order about 3-4 weeks after he had taken the orders. At this point I have made numerous phone calls trying to determine if the orders were going to be processed, when would they been sent to us. I have spoken left messages for Angela who I was told was the manager. She has never emailed or returned my call. I spoken with Jostens consumer affairs department. While, I have been able to speak to the same person there each time I speak with her she says someone at the Neff Company should have called or reached out to me by now. Although she had originally said she would call me back and let me know what she was able to find out about my order. Today, Consumers Affairs department said the jacket I ordered which I should have had by Christmas would not ship until Jan 29.

As a business owner, I am very careful of writing reviews for other companies because I know how much a negative review hurts and I know how many are unwarranted. This company is a 1 star company.

I needed some medals for an order and my supplier was out of stock. I called and was assured they had them in stock and would ship shortly. I placed the order online on April 16th and followed up with an email. No response. Sent another email. No response. Called. Left voicemails. Finally called back and spoke to a real person. During this time I did a little more research on the company and found their Yelp page full of negative reviews. They informed me that my order hadn't even made it into their system yet (3-4 days later) and as a result, they couldn't check the status of the order.

I told them I would like to cancel the order. They said it would be noted on my order. I asked to speak to someone to cancel my order and they said that was not possible. I told them to cancel my order and I would dispute the charge with my CC if they couldn't actually cancel my order. Which I did. This all happened around April 21st.

Fast forward to yesterday May 6th, they finally respond to my initial email stating the order should ship on May 15th. I respond back immediately stating the order was canceled, is canceled, and I have no interest in receiving the medals. Today, I get a response the medals have shipped, I'll be receiving them later this afternoon, and somehow over a nearly 3 week period, it was not possible to cancel my order

I cannot state it more clearly, do not do business with this company. Any company that takes 3 weeks to respond to a basic email, does not return phone calls, and does not cancel orders for valid reasons should does not deserve your money.

Placed an order for custom script chennile patches on November 8th. Order arrived Dec 8th and was misspelled by their error. I contacted Neff the same day to have the order corrected and was told it could be done but they could not get them to me by Xmas which was the point of the purchase.

Spoke with a supervisor who said there was nothing that could be done because of new orders that had come in. I would have to wait until the new year to receive the patches I ordered almost 2 months prior.

The supervisor said she d call me back with in 2 Days to let me know if they could expedite my corrected order. Here we are a week later I never received a call back and of course I won t have my patches on time... all they can offer is a 20% discount.

Be very weary of placing your faith in this sham of a company. The customer service office is in one state, the orders are fulfilled in another so when they inevitably have an error the fix takes who knows how long. Deadlines beware!

If possible I would give fewer stars. As a teacher who has worked with the Neff Co since 2007, this year I had to pull the plug on our working relationship and take my business elsewhere. The service has gone down hill progressively for the past several years, to the point where I knew I had to order my awards early "just in case that crazy Neff company takes forever." Fast forward to 5 weeks after ordering, I spent 15 minutes talking to an outsourced (I assume) customer service representative who had trouble finding the order, then when he did, couldn't provide anything other than "we are working on it and don't have an estimated completion date." This is the smallest order I have placed with them in my 12 years--6 letters and 85 certificates--and this is simply unacceptable. So I cancelled the order and am moving on, lesson learned.

This company does not deserve ANY stars!! I will be getting the attorney general involved as of today!! Not sure why our school district chooses to continue to do business with this awful company. Spent close to $500 with them on three letterman jackets, which they happily took my money on April 8th. Today is May 21st and my jackets were supposed to ship two days ago. I called once again to check the status of my order, was given the run around, placed on hold multiple times, was told they couldn't find my order, then finally spoke to someone who found my order and then didn't know why it wasn't ready to ship when promised!!! I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold. So beyond frustrated and should have ordered these jackets from Stewart & Strauss... btw, I'M STILL ON HOLD AS I WRITE THIS!! NEVER AGAIN!!

Terrible customer service. The service has gotten worse since they were bought by Jostens and the operation was moved off-shore. They will not return phone calls, they will only respond once per day to email (if you are lucky). They will not own their mistakes, and their color pallet in their online ordering app is not what you will receive. Vegas Gold was ordered, I received bright yellow. They showed me a picture of Light Vegas Gold, and this is darker than Vegas Gold. I have to pay to get the order redone.

Order placed October 16th, 2019. Feb 10th, 2020 still waiting.I was told it was delayed Dec. and would have it early Jan. Called in Jan, was told it s on a rush order. Called 2 weeks later, Jan 28, 2020 was told it shipped-and they did not have a tracking number. Feb 10th was told it was not completed and they could see what they could do about a rush. Disappointed is an understatement. Where is my order @NeffCo?
