Though I had a bad experience with them, they have got very nice collection. Recently i bought some tiles. Beautiful art work done by their artisans. Quality is ok. Packing is very nice. Prompt delivery.

There is backorder option for out of stock items. It shows you can order (for backorder also ) any number of items starting with 1 in quantity. But when I order some, they said there is MOQ and they can't give in small quantities. So I asked for 2,3 other designs as alternative. They also are not available for back order. Then what is the purpose of backorder option? Disappointed. Anyway I had to compromise and took their choice of items.
And there is this person who is taking online orders through whatsapp..His/her tone in whatsapp conversation (abt orders, queries), is indifferent and not at all encouraging from the beginning. When I got the email of my final billing, which I already paid, there was one item missing but bill showing the price. They already shipped the item. So in my anxiety i asked in whatsapp about this missing item , in their office hours ONLY. After waiting for few hours for his /her response, again i asked. Still No reply. Annoyed with their unprofessional and indifferent attitude i asked again to respond.
Atlast that person responded saying 'we are not available 24hrs on chat'. As if i am here to chat with them 24hrs. This is not the way to interact with customers. Highly disappointed with their manners.
I thought of buying some more stuff from them but now definitely not going to buy any more.
Giving 3 stars that's also for their artisans only.

I just loved the collection, best place to buy the blue pottery products from Neerja.

I recently contacted Neerja International about a substantial Jaipur blue pottery basin, which I needed delivered to Melbourne, Australia. Priya was absolutely fantastic - great communication, very professional and the basin arrived at my door, in perfect condition, only four days after payment was made!
