I prefer the independently owned coffee shops over the larger franchised shops, the coffee is mostly premixed and I'm my experience the flavors seem the same no matter what you order (only in coffees, I have no experience with the rebels or other drinks). Otherwise the customer service is pretty good.

Music is always too loud and you have to repeat yourself repeatedly to the person in the window that is only a foot away from you which causes them to screw the drinks up constantly......frustrating when you have to go back and wait for them to make them again

Mmmmm

Great coffee!

Great coffee!
It's not served at a burn your face off temperature! Actually drinkable.
Forget Starpukes and that generic burnt coffee. Come to a place that had great coffee, great staff, and great selection of drinks. A few snacks, too.

Never had better customer service in my life. Even when the lines are backed up, they come out to your car, take your order, and it's ready when you pull up! The sweetest, coolest, happiest people are employed here, and I speak for every Dutch Bros I've been to in OR. You guys ROCK!

I absolutely love Dutch Bros. The employees all make me feel like 1 of the family and the owners are great they have a great family and always say hi and joke around when I see them. Thank you guys for always making my day (even when my day isn't so good)

I have been going to Dutch Bros since they opened the first one in Grant's Pass. This Particular one tried to over charge me, for trying to get a drink with a different syrup. A employee Identifying herself as the manager said they had to over charge because otherwise it would not be the "recipe". Boycott this location, show them that will not be pushed around to increase their bottom dollar. I know the two creators of this great business, would not agree with this, on principle.

This is going to be short and sweet. I have loved coffee before it was popular to love coffee. Dutch Brothers has the best tasting coffee (outside of Ethiopean coffee). When I say the best coffee I mean the coffee itself, not the sweet and creamy fun coffee drinks that the general population calls coffee but are really coffee-flavored milk shakes. Even to make those sweet drinks best, the coffee should be strong and have a good flavor. The process of how the beans are roasted, the source of the beans and all those details matter to every coffee drinker, but these things really matter more if you prefer coffee unadulterated by gaudy and desert-like distractions like I prefer coffee, smooth and dark with the kick of a race horse and just a touch of cream to make it graze into the stomach rather than give one heartburn. The coffee itself at Dutch Brothers has much less acid, very satisfying to the coffee lovers like me, and it the prices don't knife you in the back, another plus. Well, I guess this isn't going to be short and sweet after all because there are too many nice things to say about the Dutch. Go there. You will see why the long lines are worth the wait.
