I'm honestly surprised that these dutch locations are still around. I came through this location a while back, and ordered a small hot chocolate. Gave the lady a $10 bill and didn't get my change back. She was rude, fake, and was pushy in getting me to leave. I called to ask about my change and didn't get a call back for about 2 weeks. They then told me to go back through the line and ask if the till was over on the date I went in. Given it took them so long to even get back to me, I didn't know what day it was. The high prices, and plastic employees are a joke. All 3 Mac locations are awful!

i like the Friendlyniss of some of the staff that works for Duch Bros. and I go for the coffee.its great

I went in for the new mermaid cup but they didn't receive any. Usually I would be disappointed but they had some of the nicest people there. They were very apologetic and I understood it was out of their control.

I m not a fan of their coffee. Always is overly strong.

I always enjoy my visit to Dutch Bros. as I'm there anywhere from 3 to 4 times a day. The people know my name and the drink that get everytime. Great job. .

Such a good place. Not to expensive, and it tastes amazing!

If if ain't Dutch Bros don't bother. No place is worth stopping.

Couldn't live without my coffee friendly employees and they always make my drink right and they have it ready without me telling them what I want

I'm seriously addicted to the Carmel freeze. Staff is very friendly and sociable. I think what I like best is that the company supports charities. Our friends from Canada went through and they gave them a free drink because it was the first time through for them. I like stopping there and would recommend them.

Always get service with a smile here. The staff is always very friendly and they are fast! Love their wise variety of beverages!

Used to be my favorite coffee shacks, but prices have gone up, and the coffee tastes more like Starbucks (harsh & bitter). For the rise in price, they still don't offer a 24oz coffee. Plenty of other coffee shacks where they are making a better product. Human Bean or Scoggins Creek Coffee. That said, the service culture is to have a cheerful smile for every visitor.

I'm a Dutch fan! Just wish they still did the stamp cards...

After moving back to Oregon I was a little skeptical about trying"another" coffee joint, but I must say Dutch is my new favorite place to grab a Mango or Pomegranate Blueberry Jet Tea. I love the stamp cards.....I get a free drink of choice...any size, when you purchase 10. It's a coveted gift in this household.
The staff is always super fun and friendly and helps pass the time during their busy hours(it's a popular place in MAC). They have monthly stickers my kids compete to collect.....and decorate their computers with..... At least it's not the door right?
I highly recommend giving it a go. You won't be disappointed.

I do not agree with not accepting cash due to Covid. I am disappointed that you took away the stamp card. Why don't you do what big foot Java in WA does, its a card. You register your phone # and that is what tracks your drinks. Offers discounts, free bday drink. Etc
Also because your debit only it is rude to ask customers if they want to leave a tip. That is so wrong, it is and should not be a expection.

Sometimes a long wait but always friendly service :)

Definately my favorite Dutch out of all 3 here in mac. They are always so helpful and seem genuinely interested in your day. I would wait in a longer line here any day then go to a different one without a line :)

911 is the best. Coffee is overrated and over priced yet many wait in line. Why? So much is better.

The baristas are very engaging no matter how busy they are (you can tell they love their jobs). Drinks are received in a timely manner.

Had the music really loud when i went there couldnt hear anything that the girl was saying at all.

We starting drinking Dutch Bros on a trip North from Sacramento, and we have bee hooked on it ever since. Lucikly soon after they opened in Elk Grove, Calif where we live. Now they have 2, and one in Stockton

Most friendly and fast Dutch in Mac. Always do my drink right everytime. I always enjoy their staff and very convenient spot for a Dutch.

Friendly baristas. Great coffee which is consistent with Dutch Brother's which I can't say the same for SB's.

If you have to pick a Dutch Bros, go with this one instead of the one by Roth's. Happier employees (generally) and accuracy is a plus.

My cousins said I had to try their regional favorite while in Oregon, so of course we did. I enjoyed my sweet iced coffee and the kids loved their tea and smoothie. I preferred it to Starbucks coffee.

Disgusting drinks. "Food" is a joke. All around sucks.

I usually never have anything bad to say about Dutch Bros but lately they've been off their game. They've started to make drinks before finish ordering and screwing everything up and then when I asked them to make it right so you really can have an attitude with me. How about you just wait till I'm done ordering and then you can make it right so you have to waste stuff

My niece season turned me on to Dutch Brothers while I was visiting from Texas. Now I make it a must stop every morning well in Oregon!! Great service great coffee!!

Not only do I get a great coffee here, but I also support a company that gives back and supports young people in business. Of course, I can't neglect to mention the amazing customer service EVERY time!
