Had appt today for meter change made 2 weeks ago.....

Had appt today for meter change made 2 weeks ago..they were 2 doors down and never came here. Our appointment was scheduled 11 to 1 and at 1 I called and was told I wasn't even on the schedule. Then I was given some story about computers being down that day, but a house they went to 2 doors from me called just minutes after I called to make my appointment. This is ridiculous, the man I spoke to scheduled my appointment for October 10th either between 11 to 1 or 2 to 4 I told him 11 to 1 and before I hung up he said okay that's October 10th from 2 to 4. I said no I said 11 to 1, evidently you have to call a few days ahead of time and confirm your appointment with this company, we rearranged our schedule to be home at the appointed time, needless to say we are very unhappy and I had to have one star in order this go through because if I could have put negative Stars I would have
