A very professional diving center. Very nice and contact crew. Diving with them is pure pleasure. I tried diving in another base from Palau and I can definitely say that this diving center meets European standards :)

I had the pleasure of diving with Neco Marine my last two visits to Palau and had the most amazing time. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The dive guides and boat drivers were friendly, genuine, and funny! Most importantly, I felt very safe and comfortable with them. I also spent a lot of time eating at Drop Off after diving and the food was delicious. I'm vegetarian, and the cooks were very accommodating with changing some of the menu items to be veggie-friendly! Loved my whole experience there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Neco Marine if you want to have the BEST time in Palau !
Very nice staff and instructors, very helpful during dives especially cause my mum has trouble diving. Reasonable pricing with discounts! Very organised. Free pick up and drop off.

German channel, Blue hole, dexters wall.
Day 2:
Coral garden, big drop off (recommend!!), and jake seaplane.
We changed to shallower sites due to my mum being unable to dive too deep.
I LOVE Neco Marine. This is a very professional and efficient company that I've had a privilege to use for my many years of repeat dives in Palau. Neco Marine Island Hopping in Palau
Jellyfish lake,Milky Way beach,Rock Island,Long Beach,Rock Island Southern Lagoon,Negermeaus Island & Big Drop-off
You need to pay $100 for the permit to go into jellyfish lake.
Jellyfish lake was 15ft to 90ft deep. You walk a small sharp rock trail to get there. Don t go bare footed.
If you want to see thousands of them. Swim to the end of the lake. It s shallow there and there everywhere.
Milky Way beach had the white silt mud. It suppose to be amazing minerals for your skin.
We ended it with a Japanese shipwreck.
I Had lunch in Drop off Bar that s Neco Marines restaurant.
Tried a local dish called Poke.
It s a Hawaiian Sashimi type fish served in poke Marinade. It was spicy.
I went for Desert.
Didn't know they existed when I was looking for diving providers in Palau. But I met one of their diving instructors at the drop-off restaurant, who told me about their services. Inside the shop the staff are also very friendly and helpful.
Just finished 6 great days diving with Neco. The operation is really good, forward facing seats make for a really comfortable ride out to the sites. The guides were good and the rental equipment was in decent shape. It wasn t brand new and had seen some wear but worked perfectly well and was never a concern. The dive briefings were enough, though we have been other places where there were site maps or whiteboard drawings the guides did but we never felt confused in the instructions given. Underwater the guides were as attentive as you needed.
The best part of Neco was the pre trip communication. We booked months ahead and had an email from Kim about every month or so and then as we got closer to the trip every week or two. Since we were arriving late in the evening before our first day diving Kim asked us what our lunch order was.
From the guys who promptly picked you up and dropped you off at your hotel, to the super office stay and safe competent dive crew, you were always left in good hands.
I have waited many years to come to Palau to go to Jellyfish Lake and I clearly chose the right company to do it with. Everyone from the pick up from my hotel to the return to my hotel was exceptionally and genuinely kind. I am not the greatest swimmer, and the crew made sure I was safe and I never felt unsafe for a single moment. It was a magical day and a dream come true. I truly thank them for all they did and now need to learn to dive and go back!
I m very grateful to have earned my SCUBA license and taken my first dive at Neco Marine. The staff was never anything but friendly, professional and informational. I wish I was back in Palau to go for a dive then hit the drop off bar next door!!
