I am not sure what all of these bad reviews are about. My Grandma and Mom both now have their service with NT&T in Lincoln. I can tell you that they are both paying a lot less now than with Windstream. My Mom does not even use her home phone but Windstream made her have one. She went to NT&T for internet only and is paying a fraction of the price. Give them a call, customer service is great and a real human actually answers the phone.

The customer service at NT&T is amazing everyone that helped me have went above and beyond what I look for when I need help or have questions. I never had my problems with my internet! Definitely recommend

Their marketing dept. called and said they were working IN CONJUNCTION with Century Link, offering $25/mo credit for land lines. They made it sound like they are a major player. They are NOT. Century Link Security Dept. said they are a scam. Researching on the web shows just another telephone company trying to get our business. NOT WORTH $25/mo credit for what we would give up from Century Link. They have been around since 1997, but are NOT a Major phone company even in Nebraska.

HORRIBLE! AOL ran faster than this crap... I signed up for DSL and understood it would be slow... but even after two weeks of crap dozens of phone call and two techs out my internet speed is still have of what it should be... oh and need to get ahold of someone? good freakin luck! they have an 'answering service' after hours and ZERO tech support unless it is m-f 9-5 so irritated they are a JOKE! Might be good service to get the exwife as a horrible parting joke but thats all they are good for!

I'm in Omaha and compared to my other options, have had nothing but excellent service since 2009 or 2010. Customer service has always been great compared to other phone & internet companies I've done business with at both work and home. No hidden fees, surprise rate hikes or bait and switch packages. You know exactly what your getting. I've always gotten the exact price posted on their website.

I have had NT&T as my phone service for 19 years. They are always very friendly and they answer the phone with a live person not a record during business hours. I love that and I do recommend them highly.

NT and T has not made me a very satisfied customer...

NT and T has not made me a very satisfied customer. Reason number 1 is that my phone plan costs $17. Awesome, right? I actually pay $43 a month. That is more than double what my plan is, just in service charges and taxes. I have no other bills that even remotely come close to having this many services charges, etc. What a rip off! Reason number 2 is that their website is a joke. For 3 months in a row I have had to call in to pay my bill because their website won't load. And each time they tell me they're updating their system. Get it done already, PLEASE! If you have to have a landline phone...consider another source.

Will never go through this company. I called to inquire about service and at the time it seemed it would work so I set an appointment for a technician to come out and speak with me about getting internet. When I called back to cancel my appointment the sales representive insisted I stay with them. Said he d lower the prices after I told him it wouldn t work right now. He wanted a reason as to why. Financially it wouldn t work. I would ve considered going through this company had he not been so rude when I asked if anything would be taken out of my bank account (since he did ask for my card information when I spoke to him Friday ). I d rather pay extra going through a company with better customer service skills.

My mother's phone, her neighbor's phone and a friend's phone all have the same issue they had last year this time. The issue is static on the line. Techs come out and blameit on their phones when it is clearly the damn lines! Then they close the case without fixing it! It's been on going. Sick of this company!

I've had service through NT&T for a few years and ...

I've had service through NT&T for a few years and recently added internet at my daughters house, too. I was just disrespected on the phone by Michelle in Omaha who was sighing and giving me attitude because I was sharing my concerns with her. This isn't the first time she has acted like this to me on the phone. Internet cuts in and out and we have been having to reset the router at my daughters house 3-4 times per day. If you want good service, I'd explore your options.

A sales person (not going to name his name specifically) in the Lincoln area insisted on me signing this form right away stating " I had received my equipment ." Come to find out that signature meant I would be put in a 2 year contract! The guy insisted I meet right away so was rushed in the first place- when I met I didn't have time to read over the form- so he told me it was just stating I had received my equipment. I called the office in Omaha and spoke with the supervisor who then told me that "I should have read the form." I tried explaining that I was rushed to sign it and trusted the guy! She didn't apologize on his behalf. Poor customer service! Will post on social media for awareness to others this may have happened to! Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well!!! Do not recommend going through a dishonest company!!! The service may be reasonable with little to no disruption, but doesn't change the fact that there are DISHONEST and RUDE employees working for this company!!

Service was interrupted for a minimum of 3 days AT LEAST 3 times in 22 months. The last time I was without phone or internet for 10 days. Never got an adjustment on my bill either. Paid for service I never got. That was repeated when I asked to stop my service on the 6th (with 6 days notice) and was charged for service until the 14th. That last half month (should have been 6 days) bill was due on the 20th of October. I called them explaining I'm on Social Security and I would pay it first of the month. However I was sent a past due letter threatening collection agency dated Oct 25. I decided then I would write an honest appraisal. I would never recommend this company. They don't tell you until after you sign up that they are using Windstream lines BUT You have to wait for repairs until all of Windstream customers have been helped first.

I have been with NT&T for about three years now. Every time I've needed to call customer service, they are fantastic, professional, friendly and so easy to work with. Anytime I've had an issue with my internet service, the folks at NT&T resolve my issue in a timely manner. I won't be going anywhere else for internet service anytime soon. You guys rock! Thanks for all that you do!
