Due to vivid office was closed did not get to see anyone to talk to.

Really nice people. Friendly. Everything has to be done by the drive through but thats understandable considering whats going on in the world today.

No one there knows what is going on. They keep telling me I'm getting service in a couple months amd it's almost been a year. Noone can give me a straight answer. They dug and put a line in my yard without asking 6 months ago and I don't even have service on that line

Internet is slow and laggy on a daily basis. We have the best package but it gives us no where near the performance it should. Computer is running a Ryzen 7 5800X, RTX 2080, 32gb of RAM, and a Asus ROG X570 mobo on a wired connection so it has to be the provider.

They did a great job of setting up phone internet and tv.

There internet really does poorly have the highest package they have very expensive and they never answer the phones and anytime you have a problem they want to charge you to fix there products.

The drive in window lady is very nice. But when you call, their is some mean ladies to talk too.
