Be careful what you sign from the nc foreclosure fund. They may help you save your house but at what cost do they have you held. They don t care abt your life if your fighting for your kids in a divorce and a home for children you have living there. If you need to refinance and cash out some equity that wasn t there in beginning. They want their money back even if you stay in your home the duration with getting a better loan and rates. They say they want to help but truth is this doesn t help people to keep moving in a positive direction. Look somewhere else for help! I will talk with news teams to spread the light on this subject.
They have wonderful programs for first time buyers and lower income buyers!
