Beats all I ever seen.... Close the port at 2 because of a storm that "might or might not" hit the port?
Some of us came up here in a day cab truck, without warning, just to get turned around at the gate? Now I have to try and sleep in this day cab truck until 6 in the morning? I hope whoever came up with this stupid idea sleeps comfortable tonight at home in a bed

Wilmington, NC state port required everyone to turn in out port pass (that we paid for, I got my new one in December then they take it in July and didn t give my me any $ back) so they could start using our TWIC card (that we paid for) to scan to get in the port. One of the drivers that comes in the port... his twic card stopped scanning to let him in the port... so he went to the port office... they just took a perfectly good port pass a little over a month from him and just made him pay another $20 to give him another one because it would take to much time to find his old one. ARE YOU SERIOUS. That is wrong... just plain wrong. His money should be refunded. You guys count on us giving you money because to make money we have to get in the port and don't care if we're unhappy... but that isn't right! Shame on you for just running over us because you can. It's about principle and you guys should have more integrity about your operations. It's just not right.
