NC Solar Now initially installed my 29 solar panel system completing the installation work all in 1 day. They were extremely thorough and professional with the process from being to end. Later, they installed my Tesla Powerwall battery backup system to complete my solar panel system. Again, the process was very efficient and the installation process was completely in 1 day without any issues or problems. NC Solar Now is ahead of the industry regarding the Tesla Battery and Backup Gateway as the county inspector relied on NC Solar Now to brief him on the latest hardware that he had not inspected before.
Our Salesperson, Will, was great with our Solar Project and so was the production and installation team to finish our project prior to the end of 2020 for taking advantage of the larger federal tax incentive. Will also thoroughly educated me about being ready for the Duke Energy Rebate Application process. I listened to Will and thoroughly prepared to submit the application precisely at 9AM on 1/6/2021. I was able to secure a Capacity Rebate from the initial applications with Duke Energy. The NC Solar Now Team were thorough and professional in the assessment and installation of my EV charger. They had a competitive quote, took care of permits and installed the charger with very conservative calculations and premium materials. I am an energy engineer so I was very particular that no corners were cut. The inspector was impressed also. Great Job!
NC Solar did a fantastic job from start to finish. I made several changes and they were able to accommodate them all. Although the installation took a little longer then expected, everything was done within reason.
NCSN did an awesome job on my install, ran into a couple design challenges with city code changing halfway through the project and they did a great job explaining the best options. Engineers were extremely knowledgeable with my long list of questions!
System itself is working perfectly, slow start in dead of winter but already covering all my energy needs now that it's March, love checking the monitoring app to see how it does everyday
