I was sold a phone at this store. the "salesman" swore to me with my mom on speaker phone that due to the large amount of points my mother had acculated with U S Cellular, that we would not pay one penny for the phone, not even an activation fee! I took the phone and my mother was charged monthly installments for the next 2 years. now u s cellular will not make this right instead says I need to go after the owner of this store, although they received the monthly installments. the employees played the blame game, passed the buck, outright lied if need be. now there is all new staff in place , but not much has changed. shifty unprofessional bunch at best.

Employees come and go but US Cellular service and range doesn t waiver. Crossed the US over 3 times now driving and other than the Rockies had service all the way around.
20+ years now and if you pay attention, double check before you sign and know what you are paying for there are never any surprises.
Bought a house in the sticks where no other carrier works but my US Cellular service NEVER fails.
No big commercials, no unnecessary money spent on Stars to promote it, because us smart people already chose the Best! Cell phone company that exists today!

I was very upset with the US cellular store at the triangle mall area I walked out of their very upset I want out to the ocean beach store out by Walmart and was greeted by Candice and I have to give her a 5 star thumbs up for Her exceptional service and for going above and beyond Her duties to make me a satisfied customer and to keep me from walking away to another Carrier I would recommend everybody to go see Candace out at this location She will make sure that your needs are met to your highest expectations

Navigate,Ocean Beach was very good and helpful,I changed service because US Cellular doesn't have WiFi calling,cell coverage on Oak Point in Longview Wa is terrible,

Were we greeted with genuine care and appreciated how much patience there was to help sort out the problem we were having with the account

Always a pleasure to do business at this US cellular location. I have used both Longview locations and it's hard to believe they are the same company. The west Longview store has pleasant well trained staff whereas the triangle location is polar opposite. The staff at triangle store were rude and not knowledgeable at all. If I had not known there were other locations in my area I was going to change phone service because of that store and its employees. If you found the triangle store not to your liking try the west end store. The crew are the nicest and well trained making it a pleasure to have US cellular once again.
