I worked in NAUVATA Engineering for 3 years. Work culture is great. Top management need to think for considering ex-employee for job. Overall Good.

Best place 2 wrk. Trained professionals. Friendly staff. Not like IT company.

Beware !
CEO of the company is too WICKED.
Highly irresponsible management. You can not your remuneration timely.After leaving the company will not pay you the remaining salary.
HR will not respond.
Horrible company in my whole career.

Very Poor management. Complete irresponsibility and negligence towards the employees. Whenever salary delay is questioned, not a single person responsible will address the issue. Lethargic approach towards the employees and withholding their hard worked money always leads to failure of the organization. Don't even want to come back to this place nor recommend this to anyone.
