I've been buying product from Natural Partners for over 30 years. They have always been great to me. I haven't had a single problem, ever.

We have a Veterinary Clinic and have dealt with Natural Partners for a couple of years. Before the clinic I was in retail for almost 40 years. Natural Partners should be the poster company for Outrageous Customer Service. EVERY rep I've dealt with is super nice and knowledgeable and helpful. I just had a problem with an order and their rep -Megan - took care of it in a flash!! Thank-You Natural Partners. Keep up the FANTASTIC work!!!

The front reception is a cluster. The receptionist in the morning is abrupt and close to rude. The system of order pickup, payment and questions needs serious revamping. Needs two desks one for order pick up and payment and one for questions & order placements or modifications. Instead when our staff have an issue that rude recptionist tells them go figure it out on their computer. They never have many samples for our office to promote new products which we do receive when we order direct. Having said all that there are a few staff that play team that are genuinely interested in assisting customers. Management really don't have a clue about how difficult it can be to get resolution on issues and because we are all busy it's hard find anyone past the receptionist . They need a secret shopper for all their staff. Shame, it used to be great. The product lines they carry are definitely outstanding!

Always helpful. For the most part efficient. The website rarely works easily with your account email and password. Always requires a phone call.. bummer.

They always deliver super fast and as described. Pricing is great.

I am a naturopathic doctor. I order all of my supplements from them for my clinic. Easy ordering and arrives quickly. Staff have always been helpful!

I have to say that if you can get a non-oil based item from here it is good but the last few times I have tried oil based products I was greatly disappointed! They tend to be rancid! Then, as to date, I still have NOT heard back from ANYONE concerning the last order I picked-up from their facility in October 2014 (2 items at WHOLESALE Price of $70/each = $140 later) I have left messages the business day following the purchase, followed up a month later, even sent emails and nothing back! So, my advice is to be ULTRA SURE of what you buy, pick it up in person, and CHECK IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PROPERTY that way there is no dismissal of cases and no weird looks if you have to return something...and you get MUCH BETTER SERVICE; THUS MY CLIENT'S ARE HAPPIER WITH MY SERVICE TO THEM!!!
